"I want my boyfriend!" Luke was yelling from his hospital room and they finally let us see him. 

"Babe, you can calm down now." Reassure him as we both sit next to him. Tears stream down his face and I've already calmed down.

"I'm so sorry for starting a fight. It's been a long and stressful few weeks." Luke tells me as I nod, understanding.

"I gotta go." Alex waves at us as we smile at him and he leaves. Luke and I sit in silence staring into each others eyes. He tries to move, but hisses and winces out in pain.

"Babe, how bad?" I can tell he's scared. 

"The other driver was drunk and didn't make it." Don't want to tell him.

"Please just tell me the truth." He begs me as the tears continue to stream down his cheeks.

"Bad." We're both shaking and panicking right now. Alex knows his condition and that means Luke has to stay at the hospital for a while. I'll visit him every once in a while because I'm in the hospital way too often, but I also want to be here for him.

"Can you leave me for the night and come back tomorrow?" He asks as I nod. When I walk out of his room, the tears start to stream down my face once again. 

"I'm coming over." Text Ash at like two in the morning.

"I'll be waiting." He replies letting me know that he's awake. Walk over to his place and he lets me in. Open up to him about what just happened and he nods holding me close.

"We'll all be here for the both of you if and when you need anything." Ash reassures me and we sit on the couch watching some tv. Fall asleep resting my head on his shoulder. When I wake up, I've been laid down on the couch with a blanket over me and a pillow under my head.

"Hey, I told Cal." Ash tells me as I nod at him. 

"I need to change my clothes and visit him." Go home, shower and get ready as well as eating some breakfast. Then Cal drops me off at the hospital and I walk into Luke's room. He's sleeping so peacefully and I don't wanna wake up him, so I sit next to him and stare at him like he's a piece of art. 

"Babe." Luke beams up at me forgetting about his pain as he stares at me. 

"Baby." Smile back at him as we hold hands.

"How'd you get here?" He asks knowing I don't drive.

"Cal dropped me off." Tell him as he sighs. He tries to get up as I put my hand on his chest.

"No, you need to rest. Please don't overdo it." He sighs and nods.

"Fine." I hate being in a hospital bed too, but I don't overdo it. Cuddle up to him on the bed as we hold each other close. We stare at the promise ring and Luke gets a determined look in his eyes.
