“Pass the syrup,” Niall said in between bites. He was currently stuffing his mouth with waffles. He had been so hungry when they arrived in the dining room, he practically attacked the buffet. He was sitting across from Louis, Harry, and Zayn with Josh and Liam on his left and right. Jon, Dan, and Sandy sat at the left side of the table. Paul, Preston, and Andy sat at a separate table because there hadn’t been any more room left at the main one. Everyone was enjoying the variety of food that the hotel had prepared for them. Danielle, Perrie, and Eleanor had decided to go out for breakfast together and enjoy their time in the city.
Everyone had been having a great time joking around throughout the meal. The topic shifted to what everyone was doing last night.
“We all know that Harry had a great time last night,” Louis teased adding in a wink. The whole table laughed. Harry feigned embarrassment, but just ended up laughing as well. Harry had gone out clubbing the night before and was pretty drunk when he returned to the hotel, or at least that’s what Niall was able to gather from the conversation.
“Yeah, Harry was pretty interesting last night,” Zayn said through his laughter. Zayn had tagged along with Perrie.
“Oh, Zayn was pretty interesting, too,” Harry said elbowing Zayn. Everyone laughed again.
“Sounds like you guys had quite a few pints last night!” Niall said with a mouthful of food and a laugh. The boys were all laughing at this point. Little did they know that Directioners had gone crazy on twitter last night, posting pictures and updating each other on what “Zarry” had been doing at the night club.
“Danielle and I went to this great steak place last night. You guys should try it!” Liam offered, joining in on the conversation.
“Sandy and I were just at the hotel bar last night. After a few drinks, we went upstairs and watched this sick horror film on TV!” Josh added.
“What were you doing last night, Niall?” Louis asked. “I didn’t see you at all.” Before responding, Niall checked to make sure that Paul was out of hearing distance. If he found out that Niall was out without security last night, Niall would probably be on hotel arrest until they flew back to the United Kingdom.
“I was out on a date,” Niall said, color filling his cheeks. He couldn’t help, but smiling when he pictured MaryGrace smiling at him. He looked down at his plate during the awkward silence that followed his confession. Liam watched everyone’s faces to see how they would all react. Most of them were trying to hide their shock. Zayn was the first to speak.
“Really?” was all he said.
“Yup,” Niall said simply ignoring the fact that everyone a the table was surprised. “I gave her a set of backstage passes for tonight’s show, so you’ll meet her then,” he continued.
“Wow Nialler! Someone’s a little fast!” Louis teased. Harry laughed at what Louis had said, yet again.
“Yeah,” Josh added playfully elbowing Niall in the side.
“I guess so!” Niall said with a laugh. He was happy that the boys were accepting of his relationship. If they weren’t, it wouldn’t have bothered him in the slightest, though. “Her name’s MaryGrace, by the way.”
