You had been trying to cry out for help for months now. But nobody seemed to notice, that or nobody actually cared. Who knows?
You had been in a relationship for a couple months. That seemed great, right? Everybody else was dying to be in a relationship. Everyone was jealous of your relationship with him. But behind closed doors, things were different.
B/n (Boy name) was not a nice guy. At first he was. But once you really fell in love with him, he changed. He was a complexly different guy three months into your relationship. He became cold, distant, abusive, and loveless. He was not the guy you fell in love with.
Overtime, you had began to despise him. You wanted to break up with him and never see him again, but you couldn't. He had made threats. He said he would come after your family and you didn't know if he was actually crazy enough to do so, but you weren't going to take such a risk.
You had agreed, well more like forced, to come with him and his friends to Camp Crystal Lake. The place gave you chills and you weren't very happy that you were there. Especially with his friends.
But whenever his friends or anyone else was around, he acted like the perfect, loving boyfriend to you. So you guessed that was a plus.
You sat around a small campfire with the group and listened to them talk about different topics. Well barely listened. If you were being honest, you didn't care.
Little did you know, there was a man in a hockey mask watching you all from the trees. You thought you heard a twig snap, but everyone else around the fire assured you that it was probably an animal. You slowly nodded, what they said making sense to you.
Eventually everyone besides you was almost too drunk to walk, making you become frustrated. Once they were drunk, they became mouthy and annoying. And once B/n was drunk, you knew whenever you two got alone, you were in for hell.

A couple hours later, they were all finally ready to give it a rest and head to their separate cabins to sleep or do other things that we don't speak about. B/n tugged on your hand, beginning to pull you towards the cabin you two shared. Whenever you were walking too slowly for him, he began to tug harder on your arm making you slightly stumble and pick up the pace.
Luckily for you, the man in the hockey mask was interested by you. You weren't like the other people you were with or even like any of the other teenagers he had seen. Whenever he noticed the boy pulling on your arm roughly, he became frustrated and mentally told himself to keep an eye on him.
Once you two were inside of the cabin, B/n slammed the door and turned to you with a furious look in his eyes. "I saw the way you were looking at him." He began as he took a step closer towards you. You stayed put, knowing if you backed away it would make it worse.
"Who?" You questioned as you tried to think of what he was even talking about. This was normal. He would find one thing you did wrong and begin to yell at you over it.
"I know you aren't that dumb Y/n." He made sure to raise his voice slightly more whenever he said 'that'. The man watching you two thought to himself, 'so her name is Y/n? Beautiful.' B/n took another step towards you before speaking again. "You kept looking at A/b/n (Another boy's name)."
You weren't going to lie, you did look over at A/b/n a couple of times, but you weren't checking him out or anything. He was just making a lot of noise and you wanted to see what was going on. "I'm sorry." You spoke. There was no point in trying to explain yourself because B/n would just say you were making up excuses.
You saw him raise his fist back so you tightly closed your eyes, preparing yourself for the impact. But it never came. You waited a couple of seconds before you opened your eyes, wondering why he hasn't swung at you.
Once you opened your eyes, you saw a man in a hockey mask holding B/n by his throat. You watched in horror as the masked man snapped the neck of your boyfriend. You wanted to scream, to run, but you stayed frozen in place, scared to move.
"Stay." Was all he said. You quickly nodded at his simple word. You watched as he exited the cabin for some reason. You knew that this was your chance to run, to get help, to hide, but you stayed put, knowing if you ran and he caught you, he would definitely kill you.
A couple minutes you heard a ear piercing scream come from the cabin next to yours. You cringed at the sound. There was no doubt that the man was going around killing the remaining teenagers.
This went on for twenty more minutes or so. After the last scream, you knew everyone was dead. You had missed your chance to go anywhere, but you weren't really planning on it anyways.
After all, this man may be a killer, but he saved you. Nobody had ever cared enough to do anything like that before. You felt like he didn't mean you any harm and you were finally safe.
The man opened the cabin door, it swung and hit the wall but he didn't seem to care. He walked in front of you and observed your face for a couple minutes. You were too frightened to say or do anything so you just stood still, not uttering a word.
"You stay here with me."
(A/N: How was this? I don't wanna be cheesy right now, but thank you guys so much for all of the support you show this book. The votes give me more motivation do write. Anyways, any request? I'm struggling for ideas. Stay beautiful!)
