A/N: I'm telling you, SENIOR year is a BITCH :). I miss my story *Sad. *Crying
______
She stood naked at the mouth of the window, smoking the cigarette just after everyone had fallen asleep, aware of the scornful eyes loathing her from behind the thin curtains of adjacent windows. Herself.
Nonetheless, Nora had long abandoned her modesty, mercy and no longer burdened herself with self-consciousness. The lustful wind hardened her flesh and added texture to her soft anatomy. Smoked poured from her mouth and gently slipped an ashen noose around her neck.
"Where are you?" - she sighed, eyes continue to look far in the horizon. Wind fluttering as she slowly fell asleep in the silent night.

Back At The Cabin
"Lapis? How can you find us here?" - Peridot looked at her, confused.
"With him" - Connie turn at the beast beside the bluenette.
"Pumpkin?!!"
"How in the heavenly heck do you even know its name?! Wait, you know what, don't answer that"
Suddenly water splash, a shape of two enormous fists took a grip at them, both Peridot and Connie are squeezing and unable to move.
"You think this is a joke or something?"
"If that's the case. Then joke on you Lazuli" - Connie smirked
The girl threw her sword to a crevice on the wall, a sigil, its light flash then they heard a loud clicking noise behind. Lapis turned back to see that her feet were sealed to the floor.
Trapped. No way out of the tiny frozen dimension cube. A perfect prison. She tried to extend her arms to them, or even attempt to use her power outside of it, but the sigil shield absorbs everything.
"Let me out of here!!" - Lapis snarled
"Make me"
They both escaped from Lapis's power grip, while Peridot is gathering her strength to balance from the stumble, Connie slowly strides to the wall and remove the sword, the sigil shield remains around Lapis.
"I have been waiting my whole life for this—" - she pointed the sharp metal object to the angel
"No, wait! Don't, don't kill her" - Peridot begged, quickly grab Connie's sleeves and pull her back.
"You have a wish to be in one cell with her too, Peridot? Cause that would make my whole job easier"
"Please, we need information too right? She could give you what is going on inside their temple. Right, Lapis?"
The angel glared at her, deadly silent.
"Okayyy so maybe a little later..." - Peridot stepped back, feeling a little cold in the spine.
"Well, hate to say. But your idea sounds better than mine. She couldn't talk much if she's dead anyway"
"As if you think that I'm going to cooperate. You ain't worth my time" - Lapis spoke up
"Or maybe a little quiet is gonna be require early" - Connie fixed her eyes to her again.
A bark, the beast howl got their attention. "Pumpkin", Peridot tried reaching her hand to him.
"No don't! He will—" - as Connie attempt to prevent Peridot from its sudden attack, "What in the...?", yet the beast seems tamed under her hand, petting, like a home hound.
"He never let anyone else touch him...How could you do that?" - Lapis confused
"Pumpkin, you remember me. Do you?"
Peridot still petting him as he wagged his tail in joy, follow her stroke, despite for everyone gaze, a spark is lit in her heart, perhaps one recognition is all she needs right now, to tell herself that she isn't crazy, that her past world is real, and the one she's currently trapped in is gonna be gone soon.
Lapis peers her way, face resolutely impressed. A concern that is so quick that, for Peridot.
Suddenly, she feels something strange inside, searching for it, anything, but she couldn't figure it out. No clues.
She slowly got down on one knee, one hand reach for the head, Argh, my head...Why does this keep happening?
When Lapis finally settles before her, Peridot smile. Is it because of this demon? I think I'm going crazy. This is all your fault, Peridot.
"Lapis? You okay?" - she asked
"Stop talking! You're too loud!"
Peridot heart sinks, looking at her lover, one who couldn't remember who she is, or that they were married. But she gotta be strong, hiding the hurt inside, and keep on hoping that everything is okay.
"You go have a rest Connie, I will watch her out"
"What? I'm not keeping my eyes away from her"
"I'm said rest" - she said, didn't dart her eyes. Tension rising, even Pumpkin could feel it.
"O—okay. Well, I'll go to the next room. Have err, good watch..."
As soon as Connie left, the room became quieter in the pitch dark. She's sleeping, I guess that's a good thing? At least she doesn't destroy anything or anyone. Let keep it until morning, I have to come up with some way to get the hell out of this world...Damn it Nora, why my family, why now... Lapis, this isn't the end for us. Right?
Her breathing is steady, her mind still focused. If there was a way in there is a way out, it's just a matter of thinking clearly until I find it.
"Nora, prepare yourself throughout this time. I don't know you, or where you came from, or what your issue to us. But laying your hand on her again, it'll be the last thing you ever do, I will come for you, I will"
