"I can bite my tongue"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The Winx sat around in their room as Frieda explained everything that happened that summer, well maybe not everything. There were some things Frieda wasn't ready to tell the Winx because that meant they were real and she wasn't sure if she wanted that just yet. She didn't hold back much; just the negative comments from the rainbow council, and..... and what the Trix had said about her. Raised for thirteen years by the Ancestral Witches, no last minute decision can change that you were raised to be evil. What they had said rung in her brain endlessly, it wasn't true, it couldn't be, she knew it wasn't; yet it was still bothering her; you were raised to be a witch no last minute change will ever change that; Frieda pushed the memory out of her mind there were bigger things that needed to be dealt with.
Hey you okay Flora asked, you seem out of it?
Yeah I'm fine Frieda said, it's just been a long summer.
Hey no worries Flora said; you're here now aren't you, and we're here, so what if it's another crazy year, as long as we have each other we'll be fine.
Yeah you're right Frieda said as her eyes darted to her scar and she quickly pulled her sleeve down. You're right she repeated; maybe to convince herself that everything would be fine.
Lillian stood up and walked into her room.
Excuse me for a second Frieda told Flora as she followed Lillian; they went through a shortcut that lead to Frieda's room.
Lillian looked at her, you better have a good explanation for why I couldn't beat your good for nothing brother up before.
I do Frieda said, and I appreciate you not telling anyone else. Now please just listen and you can question later, once Lillian nodded Frieda continued. Two years ago when we faced my brothers there were two Ogron's running around, once he figured this out; he decided it was finally his chance to separate from evil and disappeared. The other took his place and did most of those bad things to me and the Winx, mainly rip my wings. The Ogron you met regrets every bad choice he made, after he lost me he fell into darkness and was too weak to climb out, until I gave him a hand and showed him the light. He regretted everything that he did; and explained to me that the only reason he attacked me when I made my decision to be a fairy; was not only to fulfill the prophecy, but to also keep me safe for any worse result. Look I know it's hard to understand, but I know he's not lying, he's telling the truth; and the only time he will fall back to darkness is when he's forced to.
Lillian looked at her, what do you mean forced to?
I heard a prophecy Frieda said, about a time when there will be a huge war good vs dark, and no matter how much you have changed all those who faced us before, we will face once more.
Are you sure Lillian asked.
Frieda nodded, but I'm not sure if it still applies, I heard my mom whisper it; it could have been referring to any point of time, to any of the companies of light.
But you think it's us Lillian said, why?
I don't know Frieda said, bad feeling or vibe what ever you want to call it, that prophecy will come true wether against us or in a century from now against who knows. My point is, he's not going back to the dark side, not by choice at least.
Suddenly the ground below them shook and vines began to grow around the school.
What's going on Lillian asked.
Frieda ran to the window, I'm not sure, it looks like, wild magic. The Trix are here!
We have to attack them Bloom said running into Frieda's room with the rest of the group behind her.
