"I can stay awake for days"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Flora didn't know what to think, she knew this was coming; Crystal was so much better than her in so many ways, Helia deserved Crystal not her. She stared out of the window as the sun began to peak out from the darkness, she hoped for a shimmer of hope to be given to her, but to no avail, the sun was barely shining any light, it was barely even a spark. Maybe the Trix were right maybe she should just give up. Flora, she heard someone call her name, yet the fairy was too deep in her thoughts to care.
Flora, Frieda repeated panting, are you okay?
Yes I'm fine Flora said but her voice drifted off..... Frieda your head, you are bleeding; are you alright?
Oh Frieda said not realizing how bad her cut was or how much blood she lost. The adrenaline she had to find Flora gone, her head began to pound, and more blood began to fall. Frieda screamed in pain holding her head in her hands, which were now covered in blood. Help she whispered as dark spots clotted her vision and a mystical voice began to speak.
Flora watched her friend fall to the ground, and was scared and unsure of what to do. So she did the only thing she could think of; she ran to the window and thrusted it open. And in the first time in her life since years ago; Flora screamed. ACE! ACE!
The boy came running to beneath the window worried, what is it Flora; Ace asked.
It's Frieda, I don't know what happened to her Flora said, but she needs help.
I'm coming Ace said, just hold on tight. He turned to the specialist, get the rest of the girls out of the vines and then to the infirmary. I've got to go deal with Frieda. He didn't give them a second to answer for he sprinted into the school and kept running until he saw them.
I don't know what happened for a moment she was fine and then Flora began to explain.
Ace ignored Flora and put his hands forward golden magic flew through the air. Once he saw the color of Frieda's face return he sighed out of relief and pulled his magic back. The cut on her head isn't fully healed, and she still lost a lot of blood, he said staring at Flora. But there's not much more that I can do while she's unconscious, bring her to the infirmary; and hopefully she'll wake up soon. I'd accompany you but I want to make sure no more of that wild plant is near the school; it's too dangerous for younger fairies. I'll meet you there soon. Oh and Flora, I'm sorry about what happened with Helia, but don't worry; I'm sure things will work out, or maybe you'll even end up finding someone better.
I hope you're right Ace, Flora said as she picked Frieda up and walked in the other direction towards the infirmary.
Gemma fidgeted with her hands, she sat on the shuttle bus which was heading towards Alfea as the sun began to rise. She looked out of the window, her first magic school, she was nervous and excited. Mainly nervous, what if she didn't make any friends, what if she was left behind because she didn't know anything. Gemma sighed, for the past few days she didn't sleep because of how nervous she was. So much could go wrong but also, so much can go right. The bus slowed down and Gemma took her stuff and stepped off of the bus in front of the school. The courtyard was dead quiet like she expected it to be, but she swore she saw blood on the ground and wall, yet she wasn't given a second to think about it for Ms. F came out to greet her.
Hello Gemma, welcome to Alfea college for fairy Ms. F said. Frieda spoke very highly of you, I can say I'm very excited to have you joining this academic year with us. There's some paperwork that you'll have to fill out and then I'll introduce you to your roommates. Follow me, she said beckoning Gemma inside.
