"Give you all I am"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The clouds were gray, growing darker with every passing second. The leaves rustling with the wind. The air cold and dense. She might have been a nature fairy but she was not a fan of heights, and the tree branch she stood on didn't seem that sturdy, but it was the only way to not be seen. She had knew something was wrong when Frieda told her in the beginning of the year about the dark nature magic, and she knew soon they'd be affected, she was right. Crystal watched from the tree as she saw the Trix walk her land, power in their eyes, she didn't know what they wanted, but whatever it was, wasn't any good, and she knew that alone from the clouds in the sky.
If her mother knew where she was she'd be disappointed, but then again her mother was always disappointed in her. With her friends, her choice of marriage, with everything. So her mother, Queen Rachel, had threatened Crystal if she where to ever disobey her she would never gain the throne, yet Crystal was the only heir, so she ignored all her wants and needs, they didn't matter. What mattered was to have her land, to own it and protect it; and if that meant playing her mother's games, then her hands were tied.
The reason for her mother's anger this time though would steam from more than one place, Crystal already counted how many rules she was breaking; it was about 13 although probably more. Yet none of that mattered now, the Trix were here, in Linphea, and certainly up to no good. She watched as their dark magic spread through Linphea, causing all of nature to bow towards them, vines bursted out of the ground and began wrapping around houses and the palace, grabbing any person it saw and trapping them.
She watched as the chaos began, transformations were called upon and children were told to return home and lock the door behind them. Crystal should go back home, tell her mother what was going on and the guards could take care of it the guardian fairy of Linphea would be called and everything would return to the way it was, but Crystal couldn't bare to see her people's pain; so instead of doing what she should have done she stood up in the tree and called out in a whisper Magic Winx Enchantix. Her transformation appeared before her and she was no longer standing on the branch but flying, she watched the Trix head to a house that was all too recognizable, that's when it dawned upon her it was Flora's parents house!
Crystal flew as fast as she could, reaching the house to see Flora's parents trapped by the vines, and Miele standing tall and proud in her fairy transformations trying to defend her family. She burst the door open and came to face the witches, leave them alone!
Well sisters looked what the cat dropped in Icy said coldly, it's the princess, oh I'm sorry did you want me to curtsy in respect. Well I'm not good at remembering traditions, but I heard it's custom to give the princess a gift when you greet her so here you are, Icy opened her hand and shot a spell at Crystal and she fell backwards.
Pathetic Darcy said, I can't believe she fell for that, and what was she going to try to defeat us with, she's the fairy of healing; most of her spells are helpful, not harmful.
Hey leave her alone Miele said, her powers sparked in her hands life flowed through the room and vines heading straight for the Trix.
You don't honestly think that's going to work do you Icy said tauntingly, the vines came a second away from hitting them, yet with a snap of her fingers they became under her control. Isn't this fun nature fairy, knowing anything you attack me with can come back at you; Icy said smirking as she sent the vines forward and they grabbed Miele.
Poor girl Stormy said, wishing to protect her family, just not strong enough to do it.
It's a pity, a real shame Darcy said; oh and by the way princess, you might want to fly back to that palace of yours, your mother may need your help.
