Three days after Frieda had woken up and given the prophecy; the last words Frieda had spoke ran through Ace's mind, was he a seeker, was it possible? He didn't even know the first thing about the magical possession of a seeker. He had already talked to Palladium who told him that to his knowledge Paladin's couldn't tell the future. The only way to learn more about it was to go to the library, but Red Fountain didn't have any books like that, no if he wanted to learn more about the ability of a seeker he'd have to return to Alfea.

Yet there was still a problem of finding the book, he barely knew the structure of Alfea's library but he knew one person who did; Frieda, not only that but she might be able to help him understand it. He pulled out his phone and texted Frieda, asking if she would mind showing him around the library and that he wanted to talk to her about something. The girl immediately replied and so Ace left his dorm and Red Fountain towards the school for fairies, in hopes of finding an answer. He walked through the gates to see Frieda waiting for him.

Hi, Frieda said greeting him with a smile, so what type of book do you need that Red Fountain can't give?

I need a book about seekers Ace said, ever since you mentioned it I can't stop thinking about it.

She nodded in understanding, well we can go to the normal library which can be helpful, but I've read all the stuff there and it's pretty basic; if you want to delve into it there's only one place to go Frieda said as she looked at him. And that is the magic archive of Alfea.

Lead the way Ace said following Frieda inside. I heard Lillian is finally letting you write her in your book, does this mean you're introducing me too?

Only if you want me to Ace, Frieda said smiling as they walked, you wouldn't believe the strange request she gave me.

Oh I doubt I would Ace said, do tell.

She asked me to start adding her in from this point forward, not since I met her Frieda said with a smile; I'm not complaining though it will be challenging and hard; not mentioning her for the so many events connect to her and yet still having the story flow.

Ace nodded, alright you can add me in too, but on the same conditions.

Seriously Frieda asked as she stopped walking to look at him, one person fine, but two?!

Yes Ace said looking at her, if anyone can do it, it's you. Now back on topic, what can you tell me about seekers that we don't need a book for?

Well Frieda said as they continued to walk, seekers tend to run through families, has anyone in your family had the ability, or mentioned it before? She looked at him and she saw his eyes darken; she stopped walking, hey she said placing her hand on his shoulder, you okay?

Yeah, just bad memories of my past Ace said as he shook his head as they continued to walk. No one in my family is a seeker, not that I know of at least, is there another way one could become a seeker?

Frieda wanted to further question his past but she understood how much bad memories could hurt so she didn't question. Yes there is another way Frieda said, someone can give you a spark of their seeker powers and when they die their power transfers to you; the hard part about it is they can do it without your knowledge.

Ace was about to reply when he saw her eyes trail to her scar; which for some reason wasn't hidden from him. Hey you okay?

Frieda looked up yeah she replied weakly as she pulled her sleeve down. My mom gave me a spark of her powers during the battle; I felt a rush of power after she died, which sounds so wrong, but that was her power being transferred to me. It's possible that someone did the same to you, but even then it would be hard to figure out who the spark came from, especially if they are no longer living. Frieda stopped walking, and she placed her hand on the wall, suddenly the wall shifted away and she walked forward beckoning Ace to follow her. There could be more ways to figure it out she said, but those I don't know by heart, and that is when she said opening a door revealing the magic archive, we go to the books.
