They say that your worst enemy is yourself; not the person who bullied you, or that person who had it out for you since you can remember; no, none of them. It might seem surprising that you could be your own enemy, but even beyond that, that you are your worst enemy Frieda said facing the class, how is this possible, you may be asking yourselves, how can you be your own enemy; anyone have a guess?

The class room stayed quite Frieda purposefully ignoring the woman from the council who was watching her today. Anyone have a guess, it's okay if you're wrong.

Because you know everything about yourself then it's easy to see your own flaws Gemma called out, you are able to see the positive, but you mainly only see your flaws.

A very good guess Frieda answered and very true, but by seeing your flaws wouldn't you think that it would be easier to fix them.

No Crystal said, we see our flaws but we don't know how to fix them, sometimes we don't even know the source of the problem.

But wouldn't that classify as fear Roxy said, you don't know the problem or how to fix it and that scares you; and being scared of yourself is not good, if you can't trust yourself then your powers won't trust you either and could backfire. You are your worst enemy because of your fears, because when they become true you are so scared that you don't know what to do, so you freeze. Because fear can make you irrational and confused that you think you don't know the answer, but it truth you're just afraid, and so you freeze.

Good job Roxy, it's true Frieda said we are our worst enemies due to our fears, so how do we change this, how do we take what we have and use it for our advantage?

You've always said that our biggest advantage is being united, that together we are stronger than we are alone Sasha said, if we have people around us we forget about our fears and remember what's going on in the moment, and so we don't freeze, and even if we did, they'd be there to help.

Frieda smiled brightly at Sasha, that's correct, which is also why a convergence is one of the most powerful spells a fairy could do.

But what if you're alone Crystal said, how do you stop yourself when there's no one there to help?

Then you remember why you're doing what you're doing in the first place Frieda said, that alone should motivate you from falling to fear. The bell rang echoing through the room, that's all for today for homework I want you to think about what you're biggest fear is and what you can do to stop yourself from freezing up, class dismissed.

Well done Frieda, I must say after Jackson's review I was slightly worried Chelsie said, I will report back to the rainbow council right now; as for you she said looking behind her, it seems one of your students want to talk. I'll leave you two.

Frieda turned around and faced Crystal, hi Crystal what's up?

I want to go to rainbow valley Crystal said bluntly, I need to talk to my mom. Can you take me?

I'll have to see Crystal, Frieda said I've got papers to grade and training.

But it's a rainbow moon soon Crystal said aren't you heading back towards rainbow valley.

I didn't intend to Frieda said, but I suppose I can go. Besides I know you're mom must be going through a hard time with what happened to Linphea.

Crystal nodded slowly Linphea means the world to us, and there's no way of knowing if we'll ever be able to go back.

Frieda nodded, go pack a few things, while I'll tell the Winx I'm going home for the rainbow moon; meet me in the courtyard in a hour.

Okay Crystal said, and thank you Frieda; I hope it's not too much of a burden.
