Chapter 3 *She can't be pregnant*

Nicholas POV.

I walked out of Sofia's house and as soon as I started driving I saw Benjamin in his car.

"Hey." I shouted as I quickly stopped my car. "I thought you said you don't have time for me today." I added getting out of the car.

"I'm meeting my kids, now where did you come from?" He asked getting out of his car.

"My girlfriends house." I replied. I know Sofia and I aren't dating but I can't let him know that.

"She lives in this street?" He asked curious and I nod my head. "Which house." He was eager to know but I can't tell him. Benjamin is single and since high school he always seemed to get any girl he wants so if I tell him I'm sure his going to win her heart.

"The last house but of course she's not there now. She moved out yesterday." I know I didn't make any sense.

"Okay then." He looked at me confused. "I'm in a hurry so I'll call you." He walked to his car and got in. Sofia is busy today, his busy and now I have to work the whole day and than tonight I just have to sleep in my big house alone because both my friends are busy the whole day today.

I sighed and waved at Benjamin as he drove off. I quickly got in my car and started driving. I hope I don't need to fire anyone today at the office.

Benjamin's POV.

I have known Nicholas for so many years and I know his hiding something from me. Why would he lie to me when I always saved him since we were teenagers. I know I would take Lisa's side over his after all she was my friend before I met him. She's heartbroken just like me and yet Nicholas seems to enjoy his life.

"Just leave him please." I said coming in. "By the way was anyone here while I was gone."

"No." She smiled at me but I knew it was fake because of the way she was acting. I shook my head looking at her suspiciously, I didn't want her lying to me over some little thing. "Did you send anyone?" She questioned and I shook my head. "Now why do you ask." She really suck at lying. I know when she's lying.

"No, never mind." I smiled at her and she nod her head. "Why don't you get dress while I hold Emily."

"Why don't you bath her and do everything for her while I dress." She knows I hate changing Emily.

"Sofia I---."

"It's fine, why don't you just sit like the king you are while I do everything." She quickly ran upstairs with Emily before I could even talk to her.

She's so moody, just like when she was pregnant with Emily even though this time she's worse. Whatever I say will probably just make her hate me more and if I keep quiet she would probably think I don't love her anymore. Why the hell I'm I even so worried about what she thinks about me when she doesn't even love me anymore.

"Is that your mothers phone?" I asked Elijah who was playing games on a phone.

"Yes." He replied not looking up. He definitely took after Jailson who loved playing games, I miss him so much.

"I'll give you my phone and you give me your mothers phone please." I quickly took my phone out but he shook his head. "I just want to see something Elijah, I promise I'll also buy you anything you want."

"Okay." He gave me the phone and I gave him mine.
