Chapter 41*Suicide*

I opened my eyes and saw Benjamin staring at me. If I knew fainting would make him open the door for me than I would've faked it a long time ago.

"How are you feeling?" Benjamin asked.

"Why were you ignoring me?" I questioned sitting up.

"I'm sorry, but Sofia you wouldn't have believed me even if something did happen that night. You are always too quick to judge me that's why I didn't want to talk to you." He answered.

"I would never believe that Benjamin. I would believe you over everyone Benjamin, I always did. I know I never showed it but I really do believe everything you tell me that's why I call you a liar." I hugged him as tears rolled down my cheek. "You my life Benjamin. You know I can never live without you, you mean everything to me just like Elijah, Emily and Oliver. I love you so much."

"Really?" He questioned breaking our hug and I nod my head. "So if you were to ever get married to me would you want your wedding to be a small one or a big one."

"What are you up to Benjamin? You know I don't want to get married because whenever we married we always split. I prefer us just being together without dating, getting engage or anything. Benjamin please understand---." His phone ranged and he quickly answered it.

"Hi Alison, why did you call so late." He answered and I looked at him curious. "I always told you that you are unique, didn't I." He added leaving the room and I followed him.

"Thanks for everything and yes I'll have lunch with you tomorrow." Benjamin started laughing for whatever she said. "Goodnight." He hanged up and turned to me.

"Who is Alison and why don't I know about her?" I questioned and he chuckled. "Benjamin I know I said we shouldn't date or anything but that doesn't mean you should cheat on me. We will still be faithful to each other just like a married couple would be."

"You look beautiful when you angry and jealous but sorry to say this but Alison is just my lawyer and she's way older than me not that I care about age gap or anything." He shrugged his shoulders and I crossed my arms across my chest.

"What is she doing for you and why did she call you this time of the night?" I asked.

"You promised you won't hate me for what I'm going to tell you?" I looked at him angry and he continued. "The deal of us being married for a year was actually ten years and I did it on purpose. Sofia, I---."

"So that means we still married in that stupid paper?" I shouted acting angry and he shook we his head.

"Damien burned the paper so you actually free. I might have regretted it but I'm glad you think we shouldn't get married again. I thought you would want me to propose and ask you to marry me but I guess we on the same page." He left the room and I just stood outside shocked. Why doesn't he want to marry me when he says he loves me so much.

Benjamin's POV.

"He acts like I need him, if he doesn't ever want to propose to me than I won't even care. He can go to hell for all I care." I heard her shouting. I knew Jay's idea wouldn't be so bad but why did he say I should call him Alison when he knows my past.

"You still awake." Sofia asked coming in the room. "It's not like you going to look after Oliver so why don't you sleep?"

"You still haven't answered my question." I told her and she sit next to me.

"If I was to ever get married to you again, I would actually only invite my sisters., Anna and her family and Uncle Victor. I don't have a big family Benjamin even thought I would want a very big wedding, where everyone I love is there." She answered.
