18. Part 5 (Discord)

Honoka's POV

But...

there was no one there but

You: Riko-chan!
Chika: Why are the three of you chained up like that?!
Yoshiko: Ugghhh...
               Don't mind us and just go somewhere else.
Mari: Go!!!
Riko: Please go!

Because of what those three people said, I thought that we couldn't do anything.

Maki: Honoka! What are you doing?! You can free them.
Honoka: Ehh!! I can do that?!
Chika: Please help them.
Honoka: Ok, I'll try to free them.

After a few moments, I was able to free them but my energy was drained. After that, we ran as far as we could and stayed there for a few moments.

Honoka: *huff*  *huff*
Mari: Thank you for your help.

We explained to the three of them about our powers and they were not very surprised. It seems that they were also bestowed power.

Eli: What should we do now?
Nico: Let's look for each of our own group of friends.
You: We could do that.
Riko: Then how about, we meet up after finding each of our friends.
All: Ok!
Honoka: Then, let's meet here after finding all of them
All: Ey, ey, o!

Nico: Where should we start looking?
Eli: Honoka, can you still use your power?
Honoka: Hmmm... I don't think I can do that right now.
Eli: I see...
Maki: I met with Hanayo and Rin and asked them where they live now.
Honoka: As expected of Maki-chan.

Thanks to Maki-chan, we now know where Hanayo-chan and Rin-chan lives. We went to Hanayo-chan's house first.

Honoka: Hanayo-chan!!!
Maki: There's a doorbell, Honoka.

*doorbell sound*
*footstep sound*

Hanayo: Rin-chan!
Eli: Hi, Hanayo.
Hanayo: Hello...

Hanayo suddenly runs away from us towards her house but, Maki was able to take hold of Hanayo.

Maki: Hanayo, why are you running away from us?
Hanayo: Let go of me!
Honoka: Tell us, Hanayo-chan. You can trust us.
Hanayo: I...

*running footsteps*

Rin: Kayo-chin!!!
Hanayo: Rin!
Honoka: Hanayo, please tell us what you're hinding from us.
Hanayo: No, I can't.
Maki: Why can't tell us?
Rin: We can't tell you because...
???: You will think that they are weird.
Eli: Nozomi?
Nozomi: Elicchi~. The cards told me to come here so I came.
Honoka: Why would we think that Hanayo-chan and Rin-chan are weird.
Hanayo: Because we have supernatural, Ah...
Rin: Kayo-chin!
Nico: If that's what you were hiding, we also have supernatural abilities.
Nozomi: What are your supernatural abilities?

All of us explained each of our supernatural abilities. Hanayo-chan has the power of levitation and Rin has the power psychokinesis. Nozomi-chan's fortune telling became more accurate after gaining powers.

Eli's POV

After each of us shared our powers, we discussed about where to find Umi and Kotori. And suddenly, Honoka remembered something.

Honoka: Maybe Kotori is there...

Honoka mutteres something and then suddenly ran and so, we followed her.

By lunchtime, we arrived in front of a maid cafe.

Honoka: Maybe Kotori-chan is here.
Eli: Since it's lunchtime anyway, let's go in and eat.

When we went inside the maid cafe, it was really busy. Luckily, there were two vacant tables which was just enough for the seven of us. We sat there and a waitress approached us.

Waitress(Kotori): What would you like to order?
Honoka: Kotori-chan!
Kotori: Eh?! Honoka-chan and everyone? Why are you here?
Nozomi: We're here to eat lunch, of course!

After chatting for a bit, Kotori took our orders. After a while, Kotori came back with our ordered food and drinks. After giving each of us our orders, she took orders from other people. And after eating...

Hanayo: Is that Umi-chan?
Honoka: Huh!; where?
Rin: She's right there.
Honoka: Ah now I see.

After spotting Umi, Honoka waves her hand toward Umi and when Umi sees Honoka...

Honoka: Wait!!! Umi-chan, why are you running?
Umi: Why are you here during my shift?
Honoka: Because we were eating lunch. Why are you also working here Umi-chan?
Umi: I'm only working here because I needed the money.

Kotori suddenly comes outside of the maid cafe with casual clothes on. She joins our conversation and we somehow ended up talking about what we've been through and about our powers. It just so seems that both Kotori and Umi also had powers. Umi could control a certain amout of water and Kotori could control a certain amount of air. After that, we talked to the both of them about the other group of girls we were with and agreed to meet up. We told them that we wanted the both of them to come with us to that place and they agreed to come with us to gather.
