As the stars began to appear in the midst of the night, Time and Katie stepped out of the house with the blue moon rose clutched in her hands. They ran towards the cottage once again, as Time ran through the door, and straight into her brother's arms but skidded to a halt, as soon as she saw him raise his arm, it was covered in a thin layer of cloth, Time, despite looking concerned, saw this as completely normal. "I thought you were going to get mommy to do that," "No," Aries replied tiredly "I didn't want to trouble her, she's been so emotional over well you know-" He started looking at Katie with a sharp glare. "Oh! I almost forgot," Time pulled the moon rose out from behind her back "Here, take it," He took it and placed it in a silver pot, that Katie would call a cauldron. As the rose went into the pot the liquid changed to a light purple, as Aries picked up a bottle and poured out the liquid into it, leaving the rose in the cauldron. "We'll come back in a minute," Time said running out grabbing Katie's arm. "No need, Time" The boy lifted the rose out, "Eat it," Katie looked at the boy, eat it? A flower? Well, no way was she eating it, she turned her nose up at it. "Oh, for Gaia's Sake, It's fine if you ever want to see your family again, eat the rose." The boy spoke with anger within his voice. Time tugged her brother back slightly. "Fine," Katie was so confused as to why she had agreed. Was she meant to eat the thorns? The leaves? The petals? "Here," The boy sighed irritably, he turned the rose around at pointed "The Crescent," Katie nodded and bit the side of the crescent. "Woahh... A mortal," Time beamed. Katie turned around, and stood behind her were her family, but there was only one problem, they were still frozen.
"Um, why are they still frozen?" Katie shouted louder. "Well, I needed female blood for the potion, but seeing as mother wasn't here, and Time's blood isn't strong enough, I had to trick the potion to getting them here, by spraying the blood with a feminine scent, so technically you're lucky they even got here, but it's fine, I can fix this," Katie was suddenly filled with anger, how dare he, how dare he screw up the potion purposefully. "Well, why didn't you use my blood?" He glared at her "It wouldn't have worked." He sighed and looked at her mother, "She'll be very easy to fix, so we'll start with her." He muttered some ancient sounding curses. Her mother's eyes fluttered and opened slowly adjusting to the light, her green eyes glistening in from the lights. "There we -" Katie hugged Aries, tightly, she was so happy for her mother and now her family was going to be okay. Katie let go of Aries and ran over to her mother, her mother looked very confused, and rightfully so, but as soon as she saw Aries, her eyes filled with recognition. "Ohh..." She smiled softly. Katie became very confused, and Aries suddenly became nervous, damaging his usual attitude of elegance. He slowly walked over to her mother, she looked into his eyes as they lit a light purple before she could comprehend Katie shoved Aries over, he snarled and his eyes became a glowing red. Time spoke suddenly "Aries, I'll fix the rest, just go cooldown or something," Aries didn't hesitate to accept his sisters offer, as he dashed to and out of the door. Although Time was adding to Katie's confusion, she began to answer a lot of questions "Oh Katie, please, don't place the blame on him entirely, he was so close to my sister, You must be close in age to her by now," Time began chanting the curses under her breath and snapped her fingers, waking both her dad and her brother immediately. Her dad and brother looked extremely confused and again rightly so, but only her dad said something "Where on Earth are we?" Time explained "Well, actually you're -" "These people helped us, remember Martin?" Katie's mother spoke. Recognition filled her father's eyes. "Oh, yeah I know."
