Melody's POV:

.........................

Once he hears my heels, he spits his venom in a calm tone: “Don’t come any further, just go back inside.” I sigh, and find enough courage to step further. “(He still doesn’t turn his back, but his hand tugs at his roots powerfully) I said go back inside, Melody!” He yells, but not so loud; I won’t lie but I actually flinched at his high volume.

I stretch my hand, and place it on his left shoulder; as I try to rotate him to look at me. I know I am not physically stronger than Harry, but my hand seemed to have helped me in turning him to face me.

His body relaxes when he looks at me, but then in one second his face tilts low on the ground. “(I speak calmly) Harry… come on please look at me?” The sound of my voice seems to make him obey my request. Hi lifts his face, and I notice how rigidly sad his features are.

“You know that isn’t true, I don’t love Philip. If I do, then I wouldn’t be here eating carbs and drinking tea… Yuk!” He shocks me by laughing, not sarcastically, but genuinely this time. “I just feel like I was left out of this plan, that’s why I am a little confused. Please try to cool your temper, not for my sake, but for yours as well. I don’t like you over reacting on situations before you know the entire explanation; alright?”

I place my hand on his right cheek, while his eyes close. He rubs his cheek against my palm, and nods slowly. “I’ll try to contain myself, I promise babe.” Once he speaks his words, his eyes shine though mine like green flamed meteors of lust. “Mel, I want to know what I mean to you. I mean… do you l-…” The main door opens, interrupting Harry’s sensitive question about our estate; thank god! I wasn’t prepared right now for this question.

“Well, well, well, look who the dog dug out.” I fire back at her, instantly: “Look who the cat dragged in.” She stands unexpectedly, clearly thinking that I didn't have enough confidence to fight with her; underestimating my potential.

I never even liked her from the moment I first met her here. I won’t deny that she is super pretty, but seriously she has no morals. I wonder how Liam bares with her in the first place. “Mel, calm do-…” I lift my palm to Harry, without looking at him; emphasising that I can take care of this.

“What are you doing in here, princess?” She spits in dark sarcasm, and I smile devilishly:“Waiting for you my helpful servant to wipe the dirt off of my Gucci heels.” Harry chokes on his breath, hardly handling a huge laughter that is yet to thunder. Her fists ball up, and she begins marching in madness towards me.

“Sophia? What’s going on?” Liam and the rest seemed to have noticed our feminine war, as they came into the room. So that’s her name… Sophia, it suits her. Liam holds his female partner in his arms, and I notice Harry nudging his head at Liam to take her inside.

“See you later, alligator.” I sing in complete sarcasm, and she groans in anger. I turn back to Harry, and I see his eyes tearing, and his lips are shaking in a bright laughter. “What?” I slap his arm softly, and he bursts out from laughter. He laughs so much, that he makes me laugh with him as well. He arches his back and holds his knees, trying to cool off.

“I never expected that from you. I should stop messing with you from now on.” I roll my eyes but my smile is still drawn, while he holds my waist and walks us inside. If she says one more word I’m going to rip her fake hair extensions.

Okay, yes I’m spoiled and I have a royal arrogance sometimes, but that doesn’t mean that I won’t fight back at any personal attack. “(He whispers passionately) I love it when you’re feisty.” I shake my head and we both laugh, while walking back to the kitchen.
