Happy Endings

I was laying in bed and I felt this fit wrenching pain
"Luke baby wake up I think the baby is coming" I said hitting Luke
He jumped up "What when where"
I laughed as he searched for his clothes
"LJ he is coming"
"He ain't due for two more weeks" he said grabbing my hospital bag.
"Well he has decided he is coming now" I screamed
"How do you know"
"Because my fucking waters have broke. I need to get to the hospital now. Get your mama" I said. Luckily mama was staying so she could look after the kids.
I slowly made my way to Luke's truck and he raced through the quiet traffic with it being 2am. We made it to the hospital in record time and I was taken straight in.
"Dad you will need to scrub in if your coming to the delivery room" the nurse said
"Baby call maddy and mama please" I said as I was wheeled in.
I watched as Luke ran to make calls and prayed he would be here quick
"I need pain meds" I screamed
"Honey your to far along you can only have gas and air" she said handing me the tube.
"I fucking hate you, if you think you are getting anywhere near me after this think again mister" I shouted at Luke as I gripped his hand
"She don't mean it" the nurse laughed
"Oh I know my ex said the same"
Did he just mentioned Caroline at my fucking birth. He will pay for that.
"You Lexi your almost ready to push. When your next contraction comes push down ok"
I felt it coming along and I pushed with all my might.
"Good girl. Now breathe and wait on your next one."
"Your doing really well baby I love you" Luke said kissing my head
"Did you say that to Caroline as well" I snapped
The look of shock on his face was as picture
"No" was all he said looking hurt and I felt like a complete bitch
I felt another contraction and I pushed as hard as I could
"That's brilliant Lexi I can see his head. With the next one push as hard as you can and he will be here" the midwife said
One more big push and he was here, filling the room with an almighty cry
"He has his daddies lungs" Luke laughed
"Can I see him"
"Here you go mama, a beautiful little boy" the midwife said handing me my beautiful boy
"Oh baby he is absolutely gorgeous, we don't half make some beautiful babies" Luke said kissing us
"I'm sorry for being a bitch" I said
"It's ok baby I still love you."
Luke grabbed his phone and took a selfie of us and paired it to all his media accounts

Hey guys I would like you all to welcome to the world my gorgeous new son, LJ. He was two weeks early but absolutely gorgeous.
