When I heard the door close I ran downstairs and locked all the doors. What in the hell am I going to do. I needed to speak to Luke. I searched for my phone and I saw I had been tagged in Instagram. Caroline has posted a picture of me and Mason kissing and had tagged Luke. Great. I dialled his number and it ran twice before he hung up on me. Oh come on Luke now is not the time to be moody. I tried again and he did the same. I dialled up Maddy she would know what to do. She answered on the first ring
"Hey girl, so who's the hotty y'all where playing tonsil tennis with" she laughed
I started crying
"Maddy she knows" was all I could get out
"What How Oh my god" she said
"The guy on the photo was a set up, Caroline set it up, Maddy he just tried to rape me" I cried
"WHAT"
"I managed to fight him off but he hit me right across the face I'm sending you a picture" I said sending her a picture of my eye
"Lexi you need to call the cops"
"No I don't need that added drama right now. I tried calling Luke but he keeps hanging up on me. Can you call him please I need to speak to him"
"Yeah yeah I will do it now, I won't say anything I will get him to call you. Are you sure your ok."
"Yeah just a little shook up"
"Oh sweetie I will call him now send his number to me. Have you tried Kerri"
"I don't want her knowing I will lose my job"
"Ok. Let me know if he calls you" she said

Luke's PoV

Lexi's name popped up on my screen but I couldn't bring myself to talk to her so I declined it. Then she rang right after and I did the same. I couldn't help but think what she wanted but my stubbornness stopped me from answering. My phone pinged from an unknown number.
Unknown: Hey Luke it's Maddy can you please call Lexi
Me: Why! If she needs help at office she should call Kerri
Unknown: Luke she told me about y'all so don't be coy. She needs to speak to you
Me: She has said enough to me and she seemed to be having fun last night.
Unknown: Hey mister can you get your head out your ass and call her, it's not like you where a saint Mr 5 minutes 😡😡😡.  Your gonna want to know what she has to say.
Me: Is she ok????
Unknown: Oh so now your concerned, no she ain't. CALL HER !!!

I didn't even reply back to her I dialled Lexi right away. She answered right away. She was crying
"Lexi baby what's wrong" I asked
"She (sob) he (sob) she she knows Luke" she cried
"Lexi calm down, who knows and why are you crying"
"Caroline, she knows about us"
I went cold how did she know
"How do you know what happened"
"Luke I don't know last night was a set up, Mason he he tried to rape me" she cried
I was absolutely fuming the rage was indescribable
"WHAT, are you ok do you want me to come back."
"I hit him with my coffee cup but he slapped me, got a slight bruise on my cheek. He told me she knew as he left" she said
"Baby did you call the cops"
"No I don't want that negativity for you. I don't think he will be back. He said she told him I was a sure thing"
"I'm gonna kill him, and as for her oh my god she is going to regret the moment she invited that bastard into your life. I'm gonna tell Kerri I want you out here earlier"
"Won't she wonder why"
"I will think of something. I need you here baby"
"Thank you."
"Don't thank me it's the least I can do for everything that's happened and don't worry it will be on a friends basis" I said
"Luke I don't want to be friends you and I both know we can't be friends. I want us"
"Me to. We will work something out. And as for Caroline leave her to me. I will call you later ok."
"Thank you. Speak to you later and Luke I miss you"
