ELIZABETH'S POV
"Molly, honestly, thank you so much for letting me hang out here with you. I needed to get out of that house."
"You're welcome! It's nice having somewhere else here." She exclaimed as she examined a body. "So, you're still not allowed back at work yet?"
"Nope. John said I should still be on bed rest until everything heals, but I can't sit in that flat anymore. I'm going mad."
"You really do need your rest. Liz, you almost died."
"I know..."
We both went quiet. Molly continued with her work until she finally spoke up.
"So, are you and Sherlock doing well?"
"We are.." I knew this would happen.. "Molly, I just want to sa-"
"It's okay. Really it is. I'm just glad that he's happy." She said with a sad smile. The room fell quiet until Molly finally spoke up. "How's your memory doing? Are you remembering more?"
"It's getting better. Some things are still blurry, mostly names."
"You realise you're supposed to be at home." A voice called out from behind me.
I turned around to see Sherlock and John standing in the doorway. "I should have known you would find me.."
"Molly text us not long ago. Elizabeth, you need to be at home resting."
"Molly!" I quickly turned to her before looking back at Sherlock. "I have been sitting doing nothing for almost a month now. I needed to get out."
"You almost died. Moriarty is still out there. Yo-"
"Yes, William, I know."
He then shot daggers at me with his eyes. Ooo I knew I'd strike a nerve with that one. I had only called him William one other time and he didn't talk to me for over a day because of it.
"Well, Miss. Watson, I thought you were smart enough to make better judgement."
I stood up and walked over to him. "And you should have known keeping me locked in a flat for almost a month wasn't going to work out."
"Okay, break it up you two." John came between us. "Lizzie, you really do need to come home."
Sherlock's phone went off as he turned to John. "It's Lestrade. We have a case."
"You go. Why don't you get started and I'll join you later? I'm going to take Lizzie home and then I'll meet up with you at some point."
"That's fine." He walked towards the door before turning back to me. "Just know Elizabeth if you try to leave the flat I am tracking your phone."
Rolling my eyes I shot him a glare. "You're unbelievable at times."
"Yet you still chose to date me." He shot me a smirk as he walked out.
"Thank you again Molly." John gave her a small smile, then turning to me. "Come on, let's go."
"Liz, please just rest up. Once you're better maybe we could go out." Molly said to me.
"We will. We need it." I smiled.
John and I left St. Bart's, taking a cab back home.
"Elizabeth, you realise that you can't push yourself. Your body needs to heal. Remember what happened when left the hospital?"
