Captain America: Civil War with Spideypool and Stony

Summary:
As the title suggests, it's Captain America: Civil War but with Spideypool. Spidey is on Tony's side and Deadpool is on Steve's side. It's the same thing as in the movie just with couples and minor changes in wording from the actual movie scene into here. Also Peter is still Stony's kid, and Stony is together, it's just Tony and Steve disagree on something and Peter believed in Tony's side, which doesn't offend Steve.

"Underoos!" Tony called out and Peter jumped out, webbing Cap's hands and shield, taking it, landing.

"Nice one kid." Tony said

"Thanks! I could've stuck the landing better but-"

"Yea we don't need to have a conversation right now, just, nice work." Tony said

"You've been busy with our kid I see." Steve said "I have been busy too."

Deadpool suddenly came out of nowhere and smiled.

"Guess who's here!" He said before looking at Peter "Hey baby boy!"

Peter looked and sighed, already knowing what was to come. He was gonna have to fight his flirty big mouth of a boyfriend.

"Really? Deadpool?" Tony said

"You brought in our son. Spiderman. It was only logical to bring someone who will take him down efficiently and not hurt him." Steve said

"Yea but that's my boyfriend pops. I have to fight him?" Peter said

"That's your choice son. I just know, either way, you won't be impeding much on the fight now that Deadpool's on your case." Steve said

"So we're playing dirty now." Tony said

"Of course we are babe." Steve said

"Don't call me that when we are supposed to be fighting." Tony said

"We don't have to be. You can let us go to that airplane and we can be on our way. There is no need for this. You know there isn't." Steve said, slowly walking towards Tony, he missed him a lot. They were husbands after all.

Tony looked down, he did miss Steve as he thought about it, but he believed he was wrong. He had to fight back.

Tony backed away slightly, as much as he wanted to just go into his arms and hug him.

"No." He said

The rest of the superhero's came, Black Widow, Black Panther, Falcon and Bucky was inside running. Scarlet witch and Vision was around. Etc.

"You know we don't need to do this right? We can talk like adults." Natasha said

"I wish it were that simple." Steve said

"I wish that too." Tony said "But it's not."

Steve sighed and looked into Tony's eyes.

"Can I have a kiss before the fight at least?" Steve asked

"In your dreams." Tony said

"I'll take that as a maybe." Steve said and suddenly everyone started to fight

Peter jumped into the airport lobby, fighting Falcon and Bucky.

"AY BUDDY I THINK YOU LOST THIS!" He said while throwing something at Bucky as he webbed Falcons wing, making him go down.

Webbing both Falcon and Bucky he crouched on a stand.

"Hey guys, as much as I would not like to do this, I gotta impress Mr. Stark so. I'm really sorry." Peter said, he was about to finish them off with his web slingers when a little robot thing grabbed him and yanked him out, making him yell "what? HEY!" As he was thrown outside.

Peter groaned as he hit the ground.

He shook off the slight pain in his back and got up, he was about to web back into the building when his spidey senses went off, he looked up and got tackled to the ground by the one and only, Deadpool.

"Hey baby boy. I'm sorry about this but I just can't have you fighting me and escaping as we need you off of ironcans side because you just take down 'too many of their sides people' as capsicle said, and he doesn't want you getting hurt as I don't either." Wade said as he dodged Peters punches and grabbed his arms, slipping off his web shooters and putting them into his belt

Peter struggled, he wasn't gonna give up that easily.

"Wade. Please. You know which side is right." Peter said

"I don't. I just believe in capsicles side and I agree with not wanting you and your precious bubble gum butt to get hurt." Wade smirked as he pinned Peter to the ground

Peter looked up at him, both his arms pinned to the sides of his face and his waist being tightly straddled, his web shooters were on Wades belt. There was no way out of this unless someone helped him.

"I'm sorry baby boy~ I have to kidnap ya to Capsicles place since we agree that if your with Tony you'll be dragged into more fights, and Steve wants to see you safe with him along with me. Plus I don't want to be in another of these fights, it's pointless. I rather be with my one and only~" Wade said as he used one hand to pin Peters hands above his head and the other to take off his mask as he put that in his belt too somehow

Peter glared at him "I don't want to go to my pop's place right now. I rather stay with my Dad. I love them both to death and you as well but in this fight, I'm on Dads side."

"Exactly why I said 'kidnap' baby boy?" Wade said and took out some tough bonds, tying Peters hands together and pulling him over his shoulder.

Peter sighed. He couldn't run now. He needed a perfect escape.

"Baby boy, don't try to fight me please. I'm just trying to do what's best for your health. Your on your dads side, I get that, but I just need you to be safe." Wade said

Peter sighed and stayed silent.

By this time, the fight died down and the hero's were facing each other.

Except Wade brought Peter to Steve's side.

Tony saw and looked like he was about to blast him, the only reasons he didn't was because it would hurt Peter and would just cause more damage.

"What are you doing with my kid?" Tony said

"Our kid. He's not safe with you right now. I know he's old enough to be in fights and he does well, I don't doubt his skills. But this is for the fact that I don't want to fight my son since he's on your side. Even if he chose my side I would have never let him come here as I know you might have to fight him. We are not doing this to our son. I simply called Wade and now I'm keeping Peter with us on my side. He may not agree to my side but this is better then putting him on the battle field where he may have to fight one of his fathers." Steve said

Tony looked at him and looked slightly mad, but for some reason he also looked like he understood.

"You have no right to take my- our son. He is also yours but he chose my side. But, I do agree that I shouldn't have expected him to fight you. I'm glad he didn't anyway." Tony said, kind of upset he was slightly wrong

Steve smiled and slowly went up to Tony who just looked away.

He grabbed his face gently and kissed him.

"I got my kiss." Steve smiled

"Oh shut up." Tony muttered, slightly smiling

The rest of the hero's smiled and everyone calmed down.

"My dads are so cute." Peter said smiling as he saw

"Your cute but also sexy as f-"

"Wade!" Peter said

"Sorry but it's true baby boy." Wade said

"Uhm. Can you put me down and take off these ties now?" Peter said

"Nah. We gonna be using them in the bed in a couple of minutes anyway."
