Summary:
Where Peter is newly engaged to Wade and Wade gives him so much affection because he loves knowing he's going to have Peter.

Peter was calmly reading his book on the bed, it was night time and raining. The lamp illuminated the room a soft orange and yellow hue as he was read through the pages, relaxed.

He was happy. Wade had proposed to him the other night. Normally Peter would be on patrol but Wade told him to relax for the day and he would handle it, saying how he didn't want Peter going on patrol so much because might get hurt before their wedding. It warmed Peter's heart that Wade cared so much.

He heard the window sliding open and the sound of rain pattering outside. He didn't even need to look up to know who it is.

"Baby boy~" Wade said, jumping in and closing the window up

Peter looked up at him.

"Or should I say, fiancé, future husband, my soulmate." Wade said making a light dust of pink dust across Peter's face

"How was patrol?" Peter said as Wade got out of his costume and put on comfortable clothes

"It was good. It was really fun stopping these guys from robbing a bank, fighting this mugger and some other stuff." Wade said, jumping on the bed and wrapping his arms around Peter "That ring is glowing. Who's the lucky guy?" Wade mused

Peter smiled slightly "He's an annoying idiot but he's my annoying idiot."

"Aww Petey you know you love me~" Wade said

"I know I do." Peter said

Peter woke up in the morning by the sunlight flowing in the room from the windows.

He didn't feel the regular strong arms around his waist and warm, firm chest in front of him or on his back. Confused, Peter got up and walked into the kitchen of the apartment only to smell pancakes.

Wade was singing 'baby got back' and changing the words 'I like big butts and I cannot lie' to 'I like Pete's butt and I cannot lie'. Peter blushed lightly and leaned against the wall, listening to his dorky fiancé.

Wade immediately knew someone was behind him, all that assassinating he done made him really alert. Of course now he only gets bad people because of Peter.

Wade immediately turned around after he  flipped the pancakes and walked over to Peter, swiping him off his feet, making the smaller yelp adorably as Wade carried him bridal style into the bedroom, laying him back down.

"What was that?" Peter said

"I was going to give you breakfast in bed. I knew you would wake earlier so I already was prepared to carry you right back." Wade said, pecking Peter on the lips and quickly running into the kitchen.

Fumbling with things loudly (concerning Peter who quickly sat up), Wade started running into the bedroom again with a small table thing, a plate of pancakes thrown onto it and orange juice in a glass.

Peter's heart warmed as he kissed Wade on the lips.

"Thank you~" Peter said

"Anything for the love of my life." Wade said, holding Peter's hand with the engagement ring and kissing it.

Wade was watching TV as his fiancé walked into the apartment, closing the door behind him and putting down his bags.

"Hey honey, how was college?" Wade said

"Stressful as always. But it's manageable now. Thank you for doing those patrols for me sometimes, they really help. Peter said, sitting on Wade's lap and hugging him.

Wade smirked and wrapped his arms around his small fiancé.

Peter smiled and pecked his lips.

"Not right now but tonight." Peter winked and got off of Wade, making him pout.

"You'll be fine Wade. I'm just a bit tired now but I won't be at night. I promise." Peter said and Wade smiled "I also left my phone here. Where is it?"

"I have it." Wade said, taking the phone out of his pocket and gently tossing it at his fiancé.

"Did you look through it?" Peter said

"Why? Got something to hide Parker? Or I should say Stark-Rogers?" Wade said

"No, I was just asking" Peter said

"Well for your information, I did look through it and you have nothing inappropriate or something like a video of you drunk. You innocent angel." Wade said

Peter smiled and saw a phone call.

"You called Fury?" Peter asked

"Nah. He called you and told you there was this mission that needed to be done." Wade said innocently

"You told him I couldn't do it, didn't you?" Peter said, narrowing his eyes

"Of course. Can't have my baby boy get into any danger besides stopping small crimes." Wade said

"Wad-"

"I know Peter. I'm being too protective, I get it. But what actually happened was Fury asked if you wanted to help on this small mission he thought the Avengers couldn't handle at the time but they did it like usual. I will admit I hesitated when he asked me to tell you though, before he said the Avengers handled it." Wade said

Peter smiled and sat back on Wades lap.

"You know I'm not that tired." Peter winked

Wade smiled widely and swiftly got up, picking up Peter.

"Then let's do it, fiancé." Wade said
