did i do something wrong?

My alarm went off and I jolted up. It's been a week since I asked Adeline out, and I've been over the moon.

A: good morning benny💕 I might not be on set today, but I think I should be able to hang out tonight if you'd like
B: good morning love. It's your first day not on set in a looooooong time. Shooting is over at 6:30 if you like to hang out afterwards.
A: alright, I'll let you know what's going on then. I have a busy day🙄
B: you can do this babe. I believe in you, have a good day. Would you like me to bring you breakfast or coffee?
A: no thank you babe, I appreciate it though😌

I smiled and stretched. After yawning and convincing myself I get up, I hopped in the shower.

G: Brian said they cut '39.
B: You've gotta be kidding me.
G: wish I was. Brian seems upset but he's not letting it get to him.
B: oh well, I'm on my way over now

I arrive at set to see Brian talking with some producers, Roger and Joe talking, and Gwilym on his phone.

"Hey! What're we shooting today?"

"Umm, I think We Will Rock You if I'm not mistaking." Gwilym put his phone away.

"Fun." I smiled and nodded.

"How're your and Miss May?"

"We're good." I smiled at the thought of her.

From then on, I went to my trailer to get ready for a long day of shooting and not seeing Adeline while doing so.

B: hope you're having a good day A♥️

I hit send and sat back in my chair. We were not transitioning to I Want To Break Free soon, and I had to wear drag. My phone buzzed, but wasn't Adeline. I frowned.

"What's wrong?" Joe asked from the chair next to me.

"Adeline's not responding." I watched as Joe looked at Gwilym. "What? Do you guys know something I don't?"

"I haven't heard from her since this morning. She told me she wasn't coming to set and to have a good day. I asked her how you two were."

"What did she say?"

"She said you guys were really good and that's she's extremely happy with you."

I smiled at the though of that. Adeline is extremely happy with me when earlier I couldn't even be happy with myself nor thought I could make someone else happy.

We started filming and were told it would continue tomorrow as well. Typical.

It was now almost 6:30 and I haven't heard from Adeline.

B: hey babe, are you okay?
B: Adeline??
B: did I do something wrong?
A: no you didn't. I'm sorry I've been taking a nap Ben.
B: are you feeling okay?

Gwilym came in and I looked up. "Do you know what's up with Adeline?"

"Huh?"

"She's been distant, napping, and seems to be in a mood...oh my god. I know what's up." I quickly took off my costume shoes off and slipped my sneakers on. I grabbed my hoodie and ran off set to my car.

I went to the local shop, sort of going in like a madman. I grabbed a bouquet of roses before walking around to try and find some other things. I knew some things to get, but didn't know everything. I shrugged and grabbed a box of tampons. It had to be her period. I got some snacks and made sure to grab her favorite chocolate.
