Chapter 48- Look at Me

So yesterday Cam said the 3 words.

 I am going to Adi's house and there is going to be Sienna and Jojo and Cam there. Its just a friend get together.

I get dressed and walk to Adi's house.

I walk inside and Sienna greets me.

I see Cam.

He looks at me and comes up and hugs me.

Cam-"Hey bailey."

Me-"Hi"

I walk outside.

I sit down outside with Sienna. 

Jojo and Adi were playing video games.

Sienna looks inside.

Sienna-"Man, I love him."

Sienna looks at me and smiles.

I smile at her.

Me-"You guys make eachother so happy. Its so genuine and beautiful to see."

I smile.

Sienna-"Aw"

She pushes my shoulder.

Sienna-"Says you. You and Cam are amazing together."

Me-"Thanks."

Sienna-"So whats knew for you and Cam. He came back early."

Me-"Yeah he did. We went to a restaurant and it was amazing."

Sienna-"You guys are lowkey goals. Any tea to spill?"

Me-"He told me he loved me."

Sienna-'What?!?!?"

I nod my head.

Sienna-"You said it back."

I look down.

Her smile quickly fades.

Sienna-"Girl!"

Me-"I'm not ready to say it. I tried so hard to say it to him but I just couldn't. He said it to me and I was dumbfounded and I went inside my house and shut the door."

Sienna-"Are you serious? You must have hurt him."

I look down.

Sienna-"Bailey... Talk to him. He will understand."

Me-" I feel awful."

Sienna puts her hand on my shoulder.

Sienna-"You don't have to feel forced to say it back."

Me-"Ok. I get that. I want to say i when i mean it."

Sienna looks down.

Sienna-"When Jojo said it to me. I said it back fast and I ment it 100%. I have always loved him. But in a more than a friend way... With you and Cam you loved him as a friend, its totally different."

Me-"I had a crush on Cam before but I don't even know what being in love feels like feels like."

Sienna-"It's so hard to describe. It's not like love at first sight, really. It's more like...  hoe gravity moves. When you see that person, suddenly it's not the earth holding you here anymore. That person is. And nothing matters more than them. And you would do anything so them, be anything for them... ."

Me-"When was the moment you knew you loved Jojo?"

Sienna blushes.

Sienna-"We were here in junior year for a small friend get together. Jojo and I had been close friend since middle school. Everyone was inside the house and we were talking outside. We talked about so many things. Looking at him I got an overwhelming feeling. Looking back on it. I I knew he was the one for me,"

Me-"What your decribing... I have never felt anything close to that..."

Sienna-"You will. It takes time. I promise you will."

I look down.

Some time goes by of us outside.

 I walk inside.

Sienna went inside too but sat next to Jojo.

Me and Cam walk outside.

Me-"I need to talk to you."

Cam-"Its ok Bailey. No pressure. You don't have to say it back. "

Me-"I need time. When I say it I want to mean it."

Cam-"I get that. But i would be lying if I told you I was not hurt by it."

Me-"I handled it wrong. I admit that. I'm sorry."

Cam-"Its okay. I can wait Bailey. Your worth waiting for."

 I smile at him.

He holds my hand.

He smiles at me.

Cam-"Since my last job I am taking time off to focus more on school. I think it will be more ideal for everything,"

I hug him.

Me-"Thats amazing Cam."

For the first time in a while I felt reassured. 

Things seemed to be...
