Chapter 34- Don't Worry

I pace around my house and I start calling Adi over and over,

He has never done this before.

I looked outside to Tal's driveway and Adi's car was not in its spot.

Its almost 12 pm and its not like him just dispear.

I call him about 20 times. No answer.

I get the same voice mail of him saying- "You've reached Adi fishman, I will call back as soon as I can"

I pace some more. Am I overthinking this?

You know what never mind. 

I sit back down.

Thats when I just a wierd feeling. I can't decribe it. 

I knew something was wrong. My stomach was twisting and turning.

I grab my phone and car keys and run out of the house.

I run to Adi's house.

I bang on the door.

Tal answered.

Tal-"Who is it?"

He looked and realized it was me.

Tal-"Bailey?"

Me-"Is Adi here?"

Tal-"What do you mean? I thought he was sleeping over at your house?"

Me-"Please try calling him."

Tal-"Ok"

Tal picks up his phone and tries calling him.

I call Emily.

She answers.

Emily-"What Bailey? Its like almost 12am."

Me-"Where is Adi?"

Emily-"He dropped off Sienna and Jojo and them me. Why are you asking?"

Me-"He's not answering his phone and he is not back yet."

Emily-"Thats a bit wierd. I will try calling him."

Me-"Ok thanks."

Tal-"No answer. He probably just went to get soemthing to eat."

I feel a bit sick in my stomach. I just knew something was wrong.

Me-"Call him again."

Tal-"I just did. Maybe he went for a car ride."

Me-"No something is terribly wrong."

I rush to the door and Tal stops me.

Me-"Move!"

Tal-"I'm not letting you leave when your like this."

I scoff and walk away.

Tal-"Its for your own good. Im just looking out for you,"

Me-"I did not ask you to do that."

Tal-"Well you need someone to clearly."

Me-"Let me leave."

Tal-"Nope not moving."

Me-"Tal please let me go."

Tal-"Let me think.. no not moving"

Me-"This is not a joke."

Tal-"Seems like it to me."

Me-"I need to go."

Tal-"I'm not letting you be reckless just because you have a suspicion something is wrong."

Me-"Your just an idiot. Why do you care what happens to me anyway?"
