Before we start this off! This isn't what I planned but since it's an Outsiders thing, I went with it. TRIGGER WARNING!

This one's trash but...oh well.

Brook sighed heavily as she looked at her friend- Ian. He shrugged from across the classroom and gave her a sorry look.

She then glared at her teacher and flipped him off behind his back. Teachers are so stupid. She thought to herself. You got the answer wrong and I corrected it! No need to throw a hissy fit, asshole.

The last bell rang and Brook stormed out of the classroom, ignoring the teacher calling her name.

She walked over to her locker and grabbed her backpack. She walked outside and waited for her friends so they could walk home.

Her brother- Ponyboy- came into view with his best friend- Johnny- and boyfriend- Curly. "Ian not here yet?" Johnny asked. She shook her head and soon Ian came into view.

"He's an ass!" Brook groaned and leaned her head on Ian's shoulder.

"Watch that language around Darry." Pony warned his sister.

"I know..."

They continued walking home. They walked in the door and Brook was lifted off her feet and twirled around.

"TEXAS!" She shrieked. She was terrified of heights, her biggest fear ever it wasn't even funny.

"Yes, doll?" Dallas- who she called Texas- acted like he didn't do anything.

"Don't act innocent, Winston." Ian said as he set his bag down.

Brook wasn't in the book for anyone so she went up to her. She was tired of socs acting like they ruled the world.

"They are normal teenagers like everyone else!" Brook said to herself. "They think it's fine!"

She had a boyfriend named Derek, they were on and off because he was an idiot but soon she trusted him again but he hurt her.

Brook looked on her wrist and saw the light scars just below her elbow. She regretted them but she also didn't. It taught her that life is hard and she can't go around thinking that will make it better. Half of her believed she deserved it.

She heard a knock on her door. She rolled her sleeve back down and let them in.

Ian opened the door and gave her a small smile. "You ok?" He asked. She nodded. He sat on her bed next to her and she quickly sucked in her stomach.

Brook hated her body, so she sucked in her stomach so people would see what she believed was fat.

She leaned her head against his shoulder again. "Socs are assholes." She chuckled.

"I agree." Ian chuckled with her. "Come on. Soda's home." Ian offered her his hand. He helped her up and she rushed to the living room.

Sodapop was the only one of her brother's that got her, and hugging him made her day a whole lot better.

"Hey, Brook!" Soda smiled as she hugged him tight. "Rough day." He whispered in her ear.

"You have no idea." She whispered back and they kept hugging.

"I feel like a father when his child says mommy instead of daddy." Steve teased.

"You have Evie for that." Brook smirked at Steve.

Ian stiffled a laugh at her joke, but Pony laughed hard, which made Ian lose it.

"You're so dead." Steve threatened.

"Only she screams it!" Brook squealed as she ran from Steve whom was now chasing her.

Brook ran behind Ian and used his right hand and pointed it at Steve. "En Garde!" She giggled a little.

"Ok. Koala, once again. Why me?" Ian asked.

"No time for questions. We're under attack." Brook smiled.

Steve grabbed a spoon. "Show yourself."

Brook grabbed a pencil and popped out from behind Ian. "Rawr." She let out another small giggle and so their small homemade fencing round begun.

Ok, I lied. I really like this!
