I looked at myself up and down before the rumble.

I had long blonde hair that meets its end at my bottom, beautiful green eyes that came with long eyelashes. I always wore deep red lipstick and to be honest, I was pretty short for a 12 year old.

I always wore anything designer and high heels. Did I mention I was a total girly girl and fashionista?

My names Taylor Curtis. If you didn't know, Johnny Cade was my boyfriend. I'm Darrel, Sodapop, and Ponyboy Curtis's baby sister.

I was an actress, singer and a model. I am a major shopaholic! My best friends are Cherry Valence, Marcia, Angela Shepard and Steve's boyfriend Evie.

Tonight was the rumble and I was only allowed to watch- seemed pretty odd, but I went with it.

We jog to the rumble and I stand and watch, I looked around for a rachet soc named Bob but I couldn't find him. Maybe he chickened out.

Bob always eyed me, and Johnny and I had to be careful. He hated that I was with Johnny.

I felt a hand cover my mouth and I was pulled back to a body. A deep voice threatens to hurt me if I don't keep my mouth shut.

He drags me to a shed and let's just say he did unspeakable things to me.

A few days later I soon escaped and ran back home, holding myself up so I didn't fall and cry and risk Bob finding me again.

I finally make it to the lot and soon see three figured running toward me, calling my name. Johnny picks me up and kisses me senseless and they take me back home.

I turn into a sobbing mess as I finally got out what Bob did to me. Pony and Johnny seemed sick to their stomachs, Two-Bit and Steve too. Darry, Sodapop and Dallas were mad.

"Where are you going?" Darry asks Dallas as he gets up.

"To kill Bob." Then he storms out.

I needed time to recover, which is what I tried to do. But social services got word I was kidnapped and took me away.

We were in the car when I knew what I had to do. We slowed down due to the speed limit so I jumped out of the car and ran.

I ran not far, but far. I didn't know how to live on my own for a while, but I learned and I soon got a job at The Landing Strip as a waitress and a stripper so I could get more money to live.

I was busy working when I heard the doors open, I went to greet them and then I saw it was Dallas and Johnny.

Johnny kisses me over and over again and we hugged tightly. "We never stopped looking for you. What happened?!"

I sat them down and told them what happened from the time Services took me away to being homeless and working here to make money to survive.

"They could take you away again." Dallas says.

"I won't let that happen!" Johnny said surely and he looks at me and gets down on one knee and proposes. I said yes- of course- and soon we get married.
