Brook and Ian were at home, alone. Darry didn't seem like that was a good idea, so they went to Ian's house while everyone worked.
Angela, Tim, Darry, Steve and Sodapop were at work. Curly, Ponyboy, Johnny and Two-Bit were at school. The Juniors had the day off, apparently their teachers had a meeting.
Dallas was who knows where, so that left Ian and Brook. They were working on science in his living room. See, they weren't being bad, it was just a living room.
The both got bored and we're confident about the test on Monday, so they took a break before they worked on history.
"I'm bored." Ian chuckled.
"Same." Brook rolled her eyes with a scoff.
They were silent as they kept eye contact with each other. Soon their lips connected. It started out as an innocent kiss, to be fair. Until soon Brook was straddling Ian.
Ian's hands were on her waist and her arms were on his shoulders. It was technically an innocent make-out session, this was as innocent one can get.
Brook made the brave move to move down to Ian's jawline and soon the door opened.
Brook squealed and threw herself off Ian and she hit the floor, hard.
"Too Close, Shepard." Dallas said casually. He then went into Tim's room. "And Buttercup, get anywhere near that jawline near Darry and he'll skin you."
"Can't a girl leave marks..." Brook mumbled to herself, luckily Ian didn't hear. "Texas!" Brook sounded pissed. "Gotta ruin everything!" She was still on the ground.
"Awwww. Is someone mad that they didn't get to leave hickeys?" Dallas faked a pout. He left his switch at the Shepard's, which he just put in his pocket. "Were you looking forward to doing the same to her?"
"Texas!" Brook yelled and Dallas sprinted out, but Brook followed.
By the time she came back, they weren't in the mood to study. So they continued their make-out session.
Let's just say Tim nor Darry are happy with the marks.
