Pony and Curly sat on the young Curtis' bed and were just...talking.
"So am I your first?" Pony asked.
"Boyfriend? Yes. Sex wise?" Curly inhaled, making a hissing sound. "No. But you're my second!"
Pony made a fake pout face that made Curly smile big. "Love you."
Pony laughed a little and scrunched up his face in the most adorable way. "Love you too."
It was silent for a few minutes until Pony answered the questions he's always wanted to ask.
"Will you ever leave?"
He knew the answer. He had all A's, think he wouldn't know?
"What?" Curly was blindsided by the question.
"Will you ever break up with me and never talk to me again?" Pony sat up.
"Why would I break up with you?"
"If I say anything negative, or do something wrong."
"If you're saying negative things then I need to be there for you... You can't do anything wrong, you're Ponyboy Curtis." Curly brought the young greaser into his lap. "I love you too much to leave."
"I love you too." Pony kissed him.
