Day 3
The mountain was tall and high, just the right amount of difficulty for Bakugou and Kirishima.
These aspiring climbers hiked up a different spot every weekend before they had to return to school.
Kirishima complained about lack of water a lot while Bakugou just huffed but they soon became closer. Even though Bakugou would never admit it, Kirishima had become a friend and someone he trusted.
Halfway up the mountain on a flat plateau, grew some wild strawberries.
"Bakugou, there's some strawberries here." Kirishima said begging that they stop.
"Alright, fine." Bakugou grumbled, defeated.
Bakugou sat cross-legged on the plateau and picked up a strawberry, sniffing it he slowly lowered it to his mouth and dropped it in. Immediately choking on the leaves, Bakugou struggled with it but finally managed to swallow it.
"Ok no, you bite a strawberry and you don't eat the leaves." Kirishima explained, dissapointed.
Bakugou refused to eat another strawberry, so Kirishima had to force feed it to him the proper way.
"It is better this way..." Bakugou conceded.
Kirishima smiled his Smile of Sunshine™ and Bakugou hissed at it, blinded momentarily.
They continued up the mountain, Kirishima a happy spiky boi and Bakugou trying to hide his blush like a girly schoolgirl.
When they got to the top of the mountain, they only had a moment to relax in the icy depths because running down the pillow white top of the moutain was a small dog.
Kirishima leapt up and tried to chase after the dog to stop him before he seriously injured himself, after all he only looked like a puppy.
"Wait Kirishima, come back." Bakugou said chasing after him.
Kirishima didn't stop, he just bolted towards the puppy. He was a man on a mission. He managed to grab the puppy's lead and pull him up into his lap, Kirishima falling down in the process.
As he looked closer, it was a husky, a breed usually used as sled dogs.
I had a headache most of the day so sorry it's so bad especially towards the end.
