Third person pov:

It had hardly been an hour and a half into (Y/n)'s much-needed nap when Hermione came barging into the dormitory causing Viv and (Y/n) to stir. Everley slept through it, being the extremely heavy sleeper she is.

"What is it?" (Y/n) groggily asked as she rolled over and pulled the blankets up to her neck.

"Fred and George wanted me to come and get you. They didn't say why but they are asking for you down in the common room," Hermione said and got a groan in reply. "Oh, come on!" Hermione walked to (Y/n)'s bed and ripped off the blanket.

"Merlin it is cold," (Y/n) said in defeat and stood up. Her feet were shaky on the ground since her body was still in sleep mode. She leaned on Hermione for support as the two walked down the stairs and into the common room.

"It was hard but I got her," Hermione said as she led her friend to the armchairs in which Fred and George were sitting. After making sure her friend was seated okay, Hermione walked back into her favorite reading nook in the common room and pulled out a large novel.

"Little sis!" Fred exclaimed which woke her up quickly.

"What could possibly be so important that you just had to get Hermione to wake me up?"

"Two words-- Gryffindor. Party," George said in response.

"We don't usually invite first years-"

"-but Wood said you and Harry are welcome to come."

"And is Harry attending?" She asked curiously.

"Yup," both twins said in sync.

"I guess I'll go, too. When does it start?" She said already regretting her decision.

"Ehh whenever people make it down-"

"-say probably nine thirty."

"Okay well, I'm going to sleep until then, good night." With that said (Y/n) rose from her seat and trudged back into her dorm. She collapsed onto her bed and re-tangled herself within the blankets.

Another hour passed by and (Y/n) soon found herself shuffling through her clothes wondering what people wear to parties. She soon decided on a simple grey and red striped sweater, skinny jeans, and black combat boots. It was nearly ten o'clock since it had taken the girl almost forty minutes to pick out an outfit and change. Booming music from the common room could be heard which brought out the excitement for (Y/n). She was walking down the stairs and on her way down met Harry, who was slowly walking down the spiral steps as well.

"Hey Harry! Excited for the party?" (Y/n) asked catching up to her friend.

"Only a little bit, I mean Ron was telling me stories from his brothers about how crazy Gryffindor parties get... especially after quidditch victories."

"We're Gryffindors, crazy is kinda our thing," (Y/n) said and rushed her way down the stairs. The music was now pounding through her head and shook the room with every bass hit. The small girl pushed her way through the crowd of some fourth years, but mainly fifth through seventh years. Then there was Fred and George who, although they were only in third year, attended every quidditch party since they were on the team. In the back of the room, far away from any craziness stood Katie. It wasn't hard to figure out that it was the girl's first party.

"(Y/n), you made it!" Angie sounded overly happy sipping on a drink. (Y/n) was surprised to see her since she was last in the hospital wing. The innocent girl assumed it was just her personality and didn't notice the beer in the cup.
