Chapter 21- Teasing Punishment
“Aaaah! Seth! Put me down!” I was screaming a lot these past few days.
“Why won’t you let me carry you? It’s not like you’re heavy.” He pouted and I giggled at him, how can I resist him when he’s like this?
Maybe you’re wondering what the heck we’re doing. Seth decided to carry my bridal style out of his building because he thinks I am incapable of walking on my own with how many drinks I’ve had. He didn’t carry me immediately in his office, he had to chase me around for ten minutes before I gave up running away from him.
“I have legs! I can walk! I’m not handicapped!” I kept yelling at him even though we are about three inches apart.
“Those are not enough reasons for me to put you down.” We finally made it to the elevator.
“I’m going to ruin your suit.” I mumbled and rested my head on the crook of his neck.
“I have plenty of suits, one ruined one won’t devastate me.” Where does he get all his answer? Is there some kind of book where he gets all his answers that make me feel special?
“You are going to get tired.” I tried another reason but I know I won’t get my way. I just want to keep trying.
“Stop worrying about me, I can take care of myself and besides. I am going to drive you to my place so I can go back to work.” We landed on the ground floor and everyone and I mean everyone has their eyes on us.
Seth ignored them and proceeded to the front of his building where a man in a suit opened the passenger side of the black jaguar. He settled me in the passenger side and I smiled at them. “Thanks Jason.” The man in a suit gave Seth the car keys and we drove back to his house.
“Can we go back to my place first? If I’m going to stay at your place, then I might as well get some clothes.” I looked at him and his eyes were fixed on the road. It gave me an opportunity to ogle his perfectly sculpted face. Maybe God created him to make my knees go weak.
“But I like you in my shirt.” There was amusement and lust in his gaze, how can those two even be combined?
“Er- no, I need girly clothes and as much as I would like wearing your shirts, I don’t think its appropriate for Mrs. J to see me in them.” I winked at him and he blushed, he blushed! I don’t think I’ve ever seen him blush! That’s a first.
“Fine.” He muttered and we got in my apartment in no time.
We got in my apartment and it was a mess, I’ve never had the time to clean since a certain green eyed man took over my brain.
“Can I stay here and clean up first, I don’t want to leave my place a mess. I can just take a cab to your place.” I looked at him and he was staring at my very messy place. Magazines were everywhere. Dishes were piled in the sink. Pizza boxes were everywhere, as well as beer bottles. I have got to stop drinking. I’m becoming an alcoholic.
“No, I think you’ll need help cleaning up this hell hole.” He was amused! I slapped his arm.
“It’s not a hell hole. I just didn’t have time to clean.” I reasoned, I didn’t lie. I just omitted the part where I couldn’t clean because I was thinking of him.
“Remind me to never let you touch alcohol again, I think you’ve had enough.” He is picking up all the beer bottles.
“I didn’t drink all of those, Amy drank most of it.” I began to do the dishes, how many days old are these dishes? I’m a mess without him, do you see the effect?
