FIFTY

Today is the day Jacob and I meet up with our dad. I wasn't nervous until he told my mom that we're meeting his fiancé and his new family.

"Sky are you ready?" Jacob shouts

I wasn't even changed yet. I don't wanna meet dads new family. It's not like mom, mom found someone different and then Harry came along. He met a new woman who already had children. I don't why but I feel weird about it.

"Sky" Jacob walks in.

Jacks at his dads house and I can't even make an excuse to cancel the meet up with dad.

"Why aren't you changed" he says "skylar get up, we're gonna be late"

"I don't wanna go, I feel sick" I don't but you know

"Sky, I know you don't wanna meet his new family but I'll be there to comfort you if something goes wrong, come on" he sits on the edge of my bed.

I roll my eyes and force myself to go shower. I get changed into black ripped jeans and Jacks top that I tucked in

I put some light makeup on and tie my hair in a bun.

I put my Nike Air Force on and get to Jacob in the car "here" he hands me a granola bar. I start eating it while he's driving to the destination. He's moved in with his new family so it's at their house. This house looked awfully familiar though.

"Does this bring back memories is it just me?" I ask Jacob.

"Nanny used to live here" he pulls up.

That makes sense.

He gets out and I do too "just breathe Sky... don't think about it too much" he takes a breath

Around now my anxiety kicked in and I started shaking. I have never been like this "Sky" Jacob looks at my hand

"I'm fine, let's just get this over and done with" I stand I front of Jacob and ring the doorbell, but then stand beside him.

"Hello" Dad opens the doors "all grown up" he opens the door fully.

"Hey princess" he hugs me first. I hug him back and then he hugs Jacob.

"My fiancé is called Raquel, she has three children, one is 21,then there's a girl who's Sky's age, and then ones 15, they'll introduce themselves" Dad says and opens double doors into a living room.

"Babe, this is Jacob and Skylar" Dad says.

A woman a bit younger then dad walks out with a dress on "hello lovely's, I'm Raquel" she hugs me. Nearly suffocating me.

"I don't do hugs" Jacob puts his hand in front of her before she can suffocate him too. He's clever.

She looks back at dad and dad nods. "So I have three children, Remington, Rachel and Roman" she smiles innocently "come in children" she shouts. I almost choked whenever I heard his first name. Who tf names their child Remington?

"You've got to be fucking kidding me" I sigh whenever I see who walks in

"Skylar" Dads eyes turn wide.

Jacob looks confused "whats wrong" He asks

"So this is who you moved on with, the mother of the girl who made my life a living hell in school" I point to Rachel, standing with her arms folded.

I know it's not dads fault but I have no one to take my anger out on right now.

"Skylar" Dad shakes his head "we need to catch up"
