[TOM]

Margie sashayed inside until she took the seat next to mine. I trailed my gaze at her with eyes wide open. She ignored my glare and started to change the expression on her face. She dragged her chair a couple of inches away from mine.

"Go on Margie. Don't be scared," Mr. Sullivan spoke. "Tell Mr. Wilmer what you told me," he went on.

Margie took a deep breathe before speaking. She was making sobbing gestures and her voice sounded like she was about to cry.

"I'm sorry Mr. Wilmer. I.. I didn't want to do it. B-but... But..," Margie paused to glance at me. She looked like she was terrified of me but I'm not sure if it was real of fake. She scoffed as she bobbed her head down and wiped her hand through her eyes.

"What are you saying?" Mr. Wilmer asked.

Margie heaved another sigh. Her eyes were beginning to get teary and seeing it just made me want to punch her. It was very obvious what she was doing. She was putting on an act. The same thing she did to me the last time.

"Tom ordered me to go through the school's computer system and print out the answer keys for the exams," she cried.

I gasped as my eyes circled in anger. My fists clenched and it was urging me to hit her. It was hard to resist the temptation but luckily I managed.

Mr. Sullivan nodded in satisfaction. "See? I told you!" He told the principal with a wide grin. It irritated me even more that I wanted to punch him too.

Margie continued to cry. I couldn't just sit here and watch her continue with this act.

"She's lying! I fucking studied! I deserved those grades! I didn't fucking cheat!" I yelled, standing up.

"Language!" Mr. Wilmer growled back. "--and I told you to sit down!"

"H-he threatened me Mr. Wilmer!" Margie went on, making squeaking sounds to make it sound like her crying was legit. But I could smell its fake-ness no matter how hard she tried.

I sat back down, looking at all of them in disbelief.

"He told me he'd hurt me if I don't do what he said. I... I got scared so I hacked the system and printed the answer keys and gave it to him," her eyes stormed with tears.

I chortled sarcastically. My hands were bleeding on the inside. They wanted to hit her so bad but my other side was stopping it.

"This man has gone overboard Mr. Wilmer!" Mr. Mulligan exclaimed annoyingly. "Threatening my best student for his own benefit? Disgusting," he glared at me with disgust. I only rolled my eyes angrily.

"That's enough," Mr. Wilmer shushed him. He exhaled roughly while massaging his temple.

"I'm afraid we'll have to check your locker Tom," he stated plainly.

I smirked. There was nothing else I could do. Of course they would check the obvious. There's no use of protesting. I already know what's going to happen.

As I took a sudden glance at Margie, I caught the corner of her lips forming a smile as her peripheral vision were on me. I eyed her furiously but she ignored it and continued crying.

Words had spread throughout the entire school.

Tom got suspended. Again.

They were saying that a copy of the answer keys for the exams was found inside his locker. Not to mention, Margie sold him out and confessed what Tom threatened her to do.
