Chapter 18- Date night

David's pov
"You almost ready?" I shouted to liza up the stairs "yeah baby give me a minute" she replied. "Okay you two, you're going to stay with grandma and then we're going to come and pick you up in the morning" I explained knowing that this is gonna test Izzy a little but we've been trying to prepare her for weeks since we've been taking her to my moms and going for a while to get her ready but overnight might be completely different. Liza walked down the stairs looking as pretty as ever. "Beautiful. Beautiful. Beautiful." I said putting my hand on her lower back and kissing her with each word "not too bad yourself" she said looking me up and down. "How many hours will you be gone?" Izzy asked wrapping her arms around Lizas legs. "We are going to come and get you in the morning, so you can go to sleep at grandmas tonight when we go but it won't be long I promise" liza said picking her up. "What if I get scared?" She asked "I'll keep you safe Bella" mason said "that's my boy" Liza said ruffling his hair. "We ready to go then?" I asked, Liza put Izzy down and we went to the Tesla.

We soon arrived at my moms and we got out of the car. Liza hugged the kids but held onto Isabella for longer "Okay izzy you can do this be brave we love you" she said kissing her cheek. I saw Izzy's eyes fill up with tears "aw Izzy don't cry you're okay" Liza said to her "I'm not crying mommy I'm brave" she replied shakily "Izzy grandmas got cookies!" Mason shouted trying to distract her "go on Izzy you love cookies" i said to her. She jumped down from Lizas grip and took masons hand waving at us "bye we love you" I said "love you" she replied as she walked off. We turned around and held hands as we went to the car, I looked over at liza knowing she would probably end up crying, I watched her eyes fill a little "baby my mom has her it's okay" I said squeezing her hand lightly "I know but I'm scared that she's going to get upset" she replied "please don't let this get to you liza she's going to be okay I promise, we've been working on this for months and she's been doing so well going to school, and staying at my moms house a couple times. She's got mason and I assure you she will be okay" i told her kissing the side of her head after I finished speaking. She nodded and smiled a little which I knew was hard because she loves Izzy and mace so unbelievably much and I know she would do anything for them.

We got into the Tesla and drove to the cute restaurant that we had booked. We had a window seat which was so perfect for my perfect girl. We held hands over the table and I played with the ring on her finger "Baby you're so beautiful" I said being completely amazed with the woman sat in front of me "thanks bubba, I love you" she replied "I love you too" I replied smiling at her. We soon ordered food and we ate and talked about all kinds of things "you know how I stopped taking birth control?" Liza said "yeah" I replied, wanting to know what was coming next. "Well we've had sex but we haven't really tried to have a baby.." she said "do you want to start trying?" I asked taking her hand in mine again. "I guess so" she said "yeah of course, I want nothing more than lots of mini us' running around our house being crazy" I said imagining it and smiling. She smiled too which melted me because her smile is the most beautiful thing ever. "The baby making is starting tonight, right?" I asked putting my hand on her leg under the table "yeah" she replied raising an eyebrow at me "but don't start that" she said to me "what am I turning you on? Oh sorry" I replied. She shook her head and narrowed her eyes a little at me.

When we finished eating we walked hand in hand to the Tesla. We got in and my hand immediately found Lizas leg again as we drove, as we got closer I moved up further making liza but her lip. "Pull over" she said to me smirking. I did as I was told and pulled into an empty parking lot. She straddled me and kissed me so passionately. We ended up making out in the car for a good ten minutes. Once we were done I immediately drove home and we continued what we started in the car.

March 2nd 2025
I woke up naked next to liza, my arms were wrapped around her and she was cuddled into my chest. I pressed a light kiss on her head, making sure not to wake her up and I checked my phone. I had a text from my mom, I opened it.

Mason and Isabella are fine, they both slept well x

I was beyond surprised and very proud that Izzy slept through the whole night and was okay. "Any texts from your mom?" Liza asked sleepily next to me "Izzy was fine" I replied kissing her head again "I'm the proudest mom ever right now" she said smiling "our kids are the best" I said "that's true" she laughed "that's exactly why we need to make more" I said smoothly then pressing my lips to hers, again it turned into a make out and then into sex.

"We should probably get dressed and go get our babies" Liza said as she slid out of my grip and out of bed "but I love cuddling you" I said "I know but we did all last night and all this morning and I miss our babies" she replied "I miss them too, let's go" I said also getting up and pulling on some jeans and a hoodie. Liza got dressed and we got into the Tesla to get our babies.

When we arrived at my moms, we knocked on the door and mason and Izzy opened it "Mommy and daddy!" Izzy said hugging our legs "I heard you were super good you two" I said lifting her up "I was asleep all night and I didn't even cry once" she said "wow you're so brave Izzy, we're so proud of you" Liza said to her "and you mace, were super proud of you too for being the best big brother in the world" I added. We got their stuff and said quick goodbyes to my family "guess what you two" Liza said as we started driving "what?" Mason asked "we're going to get ice cream since you two were so good!" I added "yey!" They both said happily.
We spent the rest of the day eating ice cream and having time as a cute little family.
