Chapter 37- halloween

Liza's pov
"Wake up mommy" I heard izzy say poking my arms "Izzy you weren't meant to wake her up" David said picking her up and putting her down on the floor. "You can sleep longer if you want" David said kissing my head "it's fine I'm awake now" I replied yawning and getting out of bed "Okay I officially look like I've swallowed a watermelon" I said looking in the mirror at my bump. "Damn you make pregnant so sexy" David said smirking at me "stop" I laughed hitting his arm walking down the stairs "are you walking or working baby" he asked as we went downstairs making me laugh. I rolled my eyes at him as I laughed "no babe I'm waddling, you're child is making me waddle" I said laughing making him laugh too. We got downstairs and I spoke to izzy and mace "Okay you two daddy's making breakfast so let's go in the playroom whilst we wait" I said laughing. He rolled his eyes back at me and went into the kitchen.
"Mommy" Izzy said as she came over to me sitting next to me "yeah baby" I asked pulling her close to me as she started curling her finger in my hair "when is the baby going to come out?" She asked, she asks almost every day and it's so cute "well not today, but very soon" I explained "tomorrow?" She asked "maybe not tomorrow" I explained "well how many days?" She asked "I'm not sure izzy, because she is supposed to come in January but she might be earlier than that" I said to her "she's taking for ages to come out" Izzy said "I know because she has to grow and make sure she is ready" I told her tucking a curl behind her ear "guess what though" I said to her "before we go out trick or treating, we get to go see the baby" I told her "yey!" She said excitedly kissing my bump "you're so cute" I said pulling her into a hug and kissing her head. "Breakfast!" David called from the kitchen. We all sat at the table and ate before we all got dressed for the day. Mason was dressed in some pants and a shirt, Izzy was wearing a cute little dress and me and David were dressed in usual outfits. "Who's ready to see their baby sister?" David asked shouting "me!" Mason and Izzy answered as we walked to to the Tesla "when is she going to get a name?" Mason asked "that's a good point buddy" David replied looking over at me "I can't think of any" I said shrugging "what about Izzy?" Izzy said laughing "no mason" mason said laughing more "she can't have your names!" David laughed "we'll think of one at some point" I said to them.

We arrived at the hospital and we walked into the familiar waiting room for a while until our name was called "hey guys" Emma said as we walked in "hi!" Izzy shouted "hi!" Mason shouted even louder "okay you two" David said picked them both up and sitting them in his knee "they're a little hyper today" I laughed "I can tell" she replied also laughing "Okay so, how've you been?" Emma asked "really good" I replied "that's great, should we have a look?" She asked, I nodded and lay down rolling up my shirt to reveal my bump. Emma rolled the ultrasound scanner over my stomach until we heard the loud thump of our girls heartbeat. "Such a comforting sound isn't it" Emma said seeing me smiling, I nodded and turned to David who had a few tears in his eyes "Bubba" I said laughing and wiping his tears away "why are you crying daddy?" Izzy asked looking confused "because I'm super happy" he replied, Izzy started laughing which caused mace to laugh too. "Okay well I'll get a few pictures printed then" Emma said standing up and walking out "baby, look at our little girl" David said in complete awe "I know she's so cute" I replied "just like you two" I said cupping their faces with my hands and squishing their cheeks making them laugh again. I wiped the gel off my bump and we got our pictures of our girl before we left, thanking Emma on the way out.

When we got home, we relaxed for a while before we had to get ready for Kristen and Scott's Halloween party which all four of us were invited too. Me and David made up a super fun idea for our costumes, we bought two shirts and we wrote on them so his says peanut butter and mine says jelly, which is super corny but we love it and it's super funny and Izzy is going as little red riding hood and mason is going as a wolf which is pretty cute since they wanted to have costumes that matched so that's what we went for. We got ready and I put some makeup on them both and then I did my makeup which was just my regular makeup before getting changed "David i didn't think about how much my bump would have grown in a week" i said considering my shirt was super tight, he laughed at me "I love seeing your bump it's cute" he said kissing it "you're cute" i said tapping his nose, he rolled his eyes and we headed to the party. Within seconds izzy and mace had ran off with Kiera, belle and Ella which was great considering Izzy was getting her confidence again and she doesn't get as worried when we leave. Me and David had a lot of fun with all of our friends and everyone loved our consumes which weren't even really costumes. It was such a great Halloween.
