David's pov
My phone started ringing on the phone stand next to where liza was doing her hair. "It's my mom" she said passing me the phone which read 'FaceTime Jean K' I took it from liza and swiped seeing mason and Isabella's cute tiny faces on my screen "daddy!" They said as I picked up "hey you two" I replied just admiring how unbelievably cute they both are. "Where's mommy?" Mason asked me "she's here getting ready for our dinner reservation" I told him showing liza at the dressing table on my phone "I miss you both" she shouted over to me "miss you too mommy" mason replied "I miss mommy too" Isabella added. "When are you coming home?" Mason asked "three days buddy" I said to him "that's ages!" Isabella said looking sad "I promise when we get back we can have a whole day of going to the park and doing fun things as a family" I said to them "that can definitely be arranged" Liza chimed in. I walked over to her and we talked to the kids a little more before it was time to hang up. "Okay bye guys we love you lots, just three more days and we will be home" I said to them as I showed me and liza on the camera "I love you both to the moon and back, bye" Liza said "bye mommy and daddy, love you" Izzy said "bye love you" mason added. We hung up and I turned to liza realising that she was crying a little. "Aw baby, don't cry silly" I said to her pulling her into a hug and kissing her head "I miss them so much" she said "I know but remember we have the rest of their lives to be their parents, this is just our week. We get just one little week in like a whole 18 years to be a little selfish and have some us time" i said to her "i think I'm having withdrawals from them" she said laughing making me also laugh. "I love you baby" I said to her "I love you too" she replied.

We were both ready and headed out to the restaurant we had a reservation for. Liza was wearing the most amazing off the shoulder white shirt and some blue ripped skinny jeans, I was wearing some jeans and a shirt with my denim jacket.
We walked to the restaurant hand in hand as the sun was setting on the beach. "It's such a beautiful view" she said turning to me "you're more beautiful" I replied. She blushed a little and we continued walking to the restaurant.
When we arrived we were shown to our table. It was an outdoor restaurant and it was such a perfect night, it's 64° and it's beyond crazy how amazing liza looks. Our hands were joined over the table and I was playing with the rings on her finger. "When do you think is the right time to have another baby?" She asked randomly "not sure why?" I replied "no reason really just curios" she replied. I nodded "well I think we're ready but I wouldn't want to rush into anything because everything is so perfect right now" I said she nodded "I totally agree" she replied "I love our conversations like these" I said "what do you mean?" She asked "like little random cute ones about our future" I replied. She thought about it for a second and agreed again.
Our food soon arrived and the waiter walked over to ask if everything was okay. "How's your meal?" He asked looking directly at liza smiling at her in a way that I definitely didn't like. "Good thanks" she replied looking away from him. I moved my hand to hold hers over the table again to give him a hint to back off. "Anything else I can get you?" He asked in a super flirtatious tone "no thank you we're completely fine, just here on this date with my wife" I said looking it a little. I felt Lizas hand grip tighter in mine "sure that's everything?" He said turning back to liza "uh yeah exactly what David said" she said shortly "Okay" he said winking at her and walking away. "What the fuck" I said slamming my hands down on the table a little too hard "David" Liza said putting her hands on top of mine to try and calm me down "no what the fuck, who does he think he is trying to make a move in my girl" I said. "Baby, you're my one and only please just ignore him. Come on deep breaths calm down" she said taking my hands in hers. I took a breath and calmed down a little "Sorry baby I just love you so much I want you all to myself" I said lacing my fingers between hers "I know Bubba I'm not going to fall for anyone else, I only want you" she said softly "I know I'm sorry I just get scared that you can do so much better than me" i said to her "shut up, I love you baby and nobody else" she said to me I smiled. "I love you too. A hell of a lot and I'm sorry that I get so annoyed when other guys hit on you because you're so beautiful and I shouldn't be jealous because I know you love me but I can't help it" I said pouring out my heart. She laughed at me "why are you laughing?" I asked frowning at her like a little kid "because you're so cute" she said smiling. I pouted and looked down "you're so sensitive" she said tapping my nose. I rolled my eyes and continued eating laughing a little. "Love you" She said to me "I love you too baby" I replied
