before we go back to seoul later today, i want to make sure that i'll go to my most favorite part of our town, with mina. it was something i've been looking forward to.
we took off and went further up the hill we were at, we walked hand in hand in a lightly dim street. people are already up this early in the morning, waving at us as we walk past their houses. a little further, we entered a meadow.
"are you sure you're not kidnapping me?" i heard mina speak as we stepped onto the flowery grasses. i exhaled through my nose almost forcibly because of her statement, almost laughing.
"almost there." i said, ignoring her statement, holding her hand tighter as we reach the spot.
we were at the opposite end of the meadow, a cliff to be exact, where you can see the entirety of our town's suburban and rural properties, the connecting rivers and the near ocean at the northeast side. what makes it a little more appreciating is that the sun is rising at the exact same moment we arrived.
i looked at her and she was in awe, speechlessly amazed at what she was looking at. "beautiful isn't it?" i asked as i stare at her beside me.
i could feel her fingers tighten its hold in between mines before she turned her head to look back at me with a very endearing smile, and a small tear almost escaping her eye.
she couldn't take her eyes off of the scenery, and i couldn't take mine off of hers. silently, i went behind her and wrapped my arms around her shoulders, her head leaning back against my chest as i plant small kisses onto her head. i'll let her savor the view and i'll be savoring the moment i'm with her right now.//
