nayeon noticed how much i was shaking, she held my hand. i was thankful enough she was with me that day, if not, i don't think i can go far enough through the entrance.
finally, the bride enters. and i almost wept at the sight of mina holding a bucket of white roses in her hands, smiling widely as the crowd applauses.
i held nayeon's hand tighter, trying hard to stop myself from crying any further. i caught mina's eyes for a moment, and she slightly stopped from walking and soon smiled at me, mouthing her thanks before continuing her passionate walk through the aisle, towards the love of her life.
i smiled back. i am happy for her, i really am. after years of immense longing for her, i can finally say i can let go, i can finally stop from wondering day by day that we could still happen after all this time. i can finally say that this is it, the end of my feelings towards her.
"i think we can go now, eonni." i whispered to nayeon as i pull her out from the crowd.
"wait, is that your dress she's wearing? the bride?" i heard nayeon speak as we walk towards the side entrance of the church. "it kinda looked like the one you made, did you design it perhaps?"
i looked back inside and saw mina once again, wearing my haute couture wedding dress i gave her two years ago, "who knows."//
