Chapter 5

Monday came. The first day of school. I am nervous and giddy at the same time to enter college. Of course, I really want to fulfill my dream and today it will happen.

“Gajeel, I’m going!” I said, excitedly.

“Alright! You know that Levy also enters the same department as you. You’ll meet her there!” Gajeel informed.

I rolled my eyes. “Of course, you already told me that a thousand times Gajeel.”

“I was just checking on you, woman!” He said, irritated.

I chuckled at him then waved goodbye to go to my school. Just like the day I’ve enrolled, the university is still amazing. More college students are coming. I smiled as I entered my department. I looked at earlier at my list of schedule so I just need to ask where the room is.

While I was walking down the hall, I saw a girl with a blue hair and orange dress. I looked closer at her. I realized that she is waving at me.

“Levy!” I called. I came up to her and she smiled at me. “Good morning, Juvia!”

“Good morning!” I said, shyly.

“Are you alright now?” She asked.

“Yes, I’m fine now. I’m sorry if I made you worry at the dinner.”

“Don’t worry, Juvia. We’re just glad that you’re fine.” She smiled again. “So what was your schedule? I can you with it.”

I show her my list of schedule today and coincidentally, Levy and I are in the same class this morning. I was a little relief by that because I didn’t have to worry by being alone. They all seem to know each other and I’m a little awkward with introductions.

“So let’s go?” She asked. We walked together until we came to our classroom.

“So I heard that, you and Gray bump into each other yesterday.” She smiled at me when we take our seat. I quickly took a glance at her. How did she know?

“So what happen? Would you mind if you tell me?” Her smile widen as if she’s teasing me with him.

I blushed terribly. Oh my! Why did I blush? “Uh-uh…we just bumped into each other at the bookstore. That’s all.”

She nodded and played with her chin. “Hm…did he uh….tell you something? And why are you blushing?” Levy laughed at me.

I blushed terribly again. If my face looks red earlier, I don’t know what to shades of red does my face looks now. Yesterday was wonderful. Of course, I did get to converse with him. But that was just it. We just talk. I had a great time. And I’m sure he is. But that was just that.

“No, I’m not blushing. We just bumped into each other and we just talk. That’s all.” I explained as I calm myself not to blush even more.

Of course, for him it was just a simple talk. And I don’t know what is happening to me that I didn’t want what happened yesterday to be just a talk.

Levy nodded again. But I know, she didn’t buy my answer. “Levy that was just it, a talk. You can’t call it like what’s on your head.”

She looked at me and defended herself, “What? I’m not calling it anything. I’m just glad that you two talk. That’s all.”

“Why are you glad that we talk?” I asked.

She paused. She found my question hard to answer. “Uh…well, it’s a…oops I think the professor is here!”

I was a bit suspicious at Levy. Why did she find my question to be hard? And I don’t know. Yesterday, Gajeel did also ask the same thing at me. I suspected that Gajeel told Levy that Gray and I met yesterday. I wonder how close those two can be.
