By the following weeks, our scheduled became so busy. He’s busy for the upcoming Midterms and has been reviewing all the other plans he has for his class. As for me, I am also busy studying too. And I also have this thing that was happening on the University week this coming December. Our organization has been planning a lot for me to win this competition. And I forgot, Levy is an officer in that too. They’ve been preparing for what they said a ‘photo shoot’. That will also be needed for the pre-pageant. That’s what they’ve said.

I remember what Gray had told me to never wear revealing clothes. At first, I was nervous of what kind of clothes they will be requiring to wear. I was thinking of summer wear. And I remember Gray was mad and kept on telling me to wear his shirt so I could cover my body. But as I’ve listened to the organizers of the said event, the attire they said we will have to wear are Christmas attires since it was Christmas season. I was happy that I’ll be celebrating Christmas. A happy one.

So we have collection of 4 attires to wear in that contest. I wonder how long that pageant will take. I wonder how long am I gonna stand up. But I’m going to do it. I have help from Levy and the others. The guild has been supportive of me too. I’ve also learned that Lucy was a senior in the university. Because we seldom meet at the campus. We only meet at Mira’s bistro. Lucy had also joined that last year. And she got the title. And I’ve also heard that Erza had joined that too and she proudly got the title too.

“So…Juvia, you better get the title too.” They joked. I laughed at them but I couldn’t feel not to feel pressured.

“Juvia is amazing. I know she’ll win. Fairy Tail has a lot of pretty members as always.” Ezra said proudly.

“Yeah,” they all agreed.

The competition were about to happen two weeks from now – before Christmas vacation starts. Of course, exams have to go first before the University week. Each organization has to prepare booths that for sure everyone would enjoy. They were also lots of activities that will be held. And Miss Magnolia University will be held at the last day of the University week.

“You know Juvia, we will also have a ball at the last night of the U-week. After the pageant, they will hold a ball. For sure, it will be fun.” Levy said excitedly.

“Do you have a dress for it?” Lucy asked. Gladly, we bumped into each other by the campus. She was barely here in the campus because of a part-time job, too.

I shook my head. “I haven’t had a dress yet.” I am busy with studying, the practice for the pageant and my part-time too. I think I have must forget about that.

“Oh, I still don’t have it too. Shall we go find a dress together?” Lucy asked us.

“Of course, that would be fun. The theme of the ball is masquerade.” Levy announced.

“Oh really? That’s great they already change the theme.” Lucy exclaimed. “Last year’s theme was Hollywood and it bore the hell out of me. And this year’s theme is exciting because we’re gonna wear mask.”

I smiled. It sounds fun. That’s why after our classes and my part-time job, Lucy, Levy and I went downtown to buy gowns and masks. I even texted Gray that we will go to buy some dresses. We’ve never see each other for a week now. I have not attended his class last Monday because I was excused by the organization to attend some orientation to the even that will be held for the U-week.

While we were looking for shops, my phone vibrated and I smiled. I knew who it was. Of course.

Gray:

Okay. Take care. But remember, you have to catch up to my lessons so we better meet after that shopping of yours.

I smiled. We need to catch up. Catch-up with the lessons and also with him. I felt sorry for a second because I wanted to finish shopping for dresses. I wanted to see him sooner as this time.
