Crushing Over Coffee (Stray Kids Felix x reader)

Let our trip begin!

Y/n sat on her bed and sipped her mocha impatiently. Staring at her phone, she tapped her nails on the mug, waiting for Felix to send her a message. It was late and she was getting tired but he'd said 'Lets talk later' and she had been looking forward to that moment all evening. Suddenly, her phone pinged and she practically pounced on it in anticipation.

Ugh! Y/n groaned internally and flung her phone back on the bed. It pinged again and she slowly glanced down. 

Felix: Hey there, cutie :)

Y/n's pulse began to race as she hurriedly picked up the phone and went to reply.

Y/n: Hi Lix, what are you up to?

Felix: Oh nothing much, but I was wondering something...

Y/n: What is it?

Felix: When does your shift end tomorrow?

Y/n: 2:30, why?

Felix: Do you want to go somewhere with me? I've been meaning to try out that nearby theme park and I thought it might be fun if you joined.

Y/n: Ooh yeah, I love theme parks, sounds great!

Meanwhile, back in the Stray Kids dorms Chan was curious to see what Felix was so interested in on his phone. Peering over his shoulder, he caught sight of some of the texts.

"Brilliant idea Felix!" He exclaimed excitedly, "Going to the theme park will be the perfect way for Y/n and the other members to bond. Tell her we'll arrive at the café just before the end of her shift so that we can all head off together."

With that, Chan went skipping off to share the good news with the others, leaving Felix totally flabbergasted. This was not what he had in mind.

The next day

The sun was shining and there were hardly any clouds in the sky - the perfect day for a trip out.

Y/n could hardly contain her excitement. Today was the day she was going out to a theme park with Stray Kids! She'd taken extra care in her appearance today and looked exceptionally pretty, she'd even painted her nails and colour-coordinated them with her eyeshadow. As her shift neared its end, she continually checked her watch and the door for any sign of her favourite boys. At last they arrived, just as she clocked off, Chan and Felix in the front with the other 7 following behind. 

They all greeted her cheerfully and she received a swift hug from both Felix and Chan (double bonus).

"Hello, you must be Y/n." said Woojin politely, flashing her an adorable smile. Jisung bounced up and added "We've heard so much about you!" Minho nodded his head in agreement and continued jokingly, "Between these two, it's been Y/n this Y/n that non-stop."

Y/n laughed in embarrassment and the cheeks of both Felix and Chan flushed. Then Jeongin stepped forward and shyly asked how old Y/n was.

"I'm actually the same age as you Jeongin." she replied and he began clapping happily, jumping up and down.

"Yay!" he exclaimed, "I'm no longer the youngest!"

"Wow," Chan began teasingly, wiggling his eyebrows, "You really are a baby girl."

"Hey," Y/n whined, "technically I'm an adult back in England."

Hyunjin approached her and pinched her cheeks, "But you're still a little baby here." He had to bend down a little due to the height difference.

Y/n lightly slapped his hand away and he began clutching it to his chest going, "Ow it hurts, it hurts!" in his usual dramatic fashion. Seungmin rolled his eyes and Changbin pouted, "Yah! We all know that I'm the only true baby in this group." Then everyone started cooing "Baby Changbin" and Y/n realised that she truly did stan a load of crackheads. 

Then Chan loudly clapped his hands to get everyone's attention. Y/n was amazed that he had any sort of control over these crazies and found herself admiring him as a leader. "Right!" He bellowed, "Now that we're all ready - Let our trip begin!"
