Crushing Over Coffee (Stray Kids Felix x reader)

Scared kitten?

They walked over to the theme park together, all chatting excitedly and discussing what to do first. Upon entering the park, they spotted a shop selling - among other things - cute headbands and candy floss. Jeongin and Y/n merrily skipped towards it immediately. Whilst Jeongin ogled the candy floss, Y/n found some adorable cat-eared headbands and tried one on.

"Looking good kitten!" called Felix as he approached. Y/n meowed in response and chucked him an identical one. "Get one too, then we can match!"

Felix looked down at it, frowning. "I'm not sure I could pull it off."

"Sure you can!" Y/n grabbed it out of his hands and gently placed it on his head, arranging his hair around it. "There," she said admiring her handiwork, "you look so precious." Felix rolled his eyes but he ended up buying them anyway, if only because it made them look like a couple. 

In the mean time, Chan had found the spinning tea cups and everyone was eager to go on those first. After a short time queuing, it was their turn and they took up most of the ride. Seungmin and Y/n were in one tea cup together and they spun like crazy, especially when Day6 started playing through the speakers making Seungmin scream the lyrics as they whirled around wildly. They staggered off the ride and spotted a high rollercoaster. Y/n gasped and pointed, pulling on Chan's sleeve, "Can we go on that one? Please please please - I love rollercoasters!"

"Yeah sure, looks fun." Chan replied but Y/n heard a quiet whimper from behind. She turned around and saw Minho biting his lip. Ah, of course - Minho was sacred of heights. Determined not to leave anyone behind, Y/n rushed over to him and took his hand. "Don't worry Minho, I'll look after you." she reassured him. Once they were actually on the rollercoaster, it seemed Jisung was more afraid than Minho as he screached for the duration of the entire ride. When they got off some were laughing, some shaking and others (i.e. Minho and Changbin) looked as though their souls has left their bodies. To cheer them up, Hyunjin suggested playing some of those stall games to win teddies. 

Woojin found this massive teddy bear which he really wanted but he couldn't seem to knock down any pins with the nerf gun he was given. Y/n, not wanting to see him get any more depressed, went over to him. "Give it here." She had plenty of practise from playing with nerf guns against her sister and cousins so knew what she was doing. In a matter of minutes, Y/n had successfully knocked down the necessary number of pins to win the massive teddy bear and gave it to Woojin. "There you go you big softie." Before he had the chance to thank her, Hyunjin came bounding over and presented Y/n with a cuddly panda toy. "Here," he said proudly, "I won it and thought that it looked cute like you." He booped her nose and ruffled her hair fondly before he scampered off to boast to the others about winning something in the game. 

Soon they all gathered together, now with a new assortment of various cuddly toys, and decided they were a bit peckish. Having found some benches to sit on, Felix and Changbin went off in search of snacks while Chan and Minho left to get them some drinks. The drinks team returned first and Chan came to sit next to Y/n. "I wasn't sure what you like," he started, "so I got two types of frappuccinos, cookies and cream and vanilla - which would you prefer? I'll have the other."

"Oh, um... that was very sweet of you Chan. Can I have the cookies and cream one please?"

"Anything for you baby girl." he answered with a wink. Damn, no matter how many times he said it that still got her.

Shortly after that, Felix and Changbin returned with handfuls of churros. Felix came to sit on the other side of her. "Here you go kitten." he said as he handed her a churro. Okay so this whole kitten nickname situation was a thing now huh. Everyone tucked into their snacks but when Y/n was half way through her churro, her clumsy curse struck again. She was trying to illustrate her point to Jeongin that, just because he was a few months older than her, didn't mean she was going to call him oppa because it didn't work like that, when she dropped the remaining few bites of her churro.

Y/n looked down at it despair. "Bloody hell," she murmured, "my beautiful churro..." Felix, noticing the events and swift to act, offered Y/n the rest of his. Y/n was baffled. There was a reason one of the Stray Kids top ships was Felix x food and yet here he was, offering her the rest of his delicious churro! Feeling too guilty to accept but not having the strength to say no either when he was looking at her with such earnest in his eyes and wearing those cat ears, she proposed a compromise. "Lets split it half and half." she suggested and Felix agreed.

Once they were all done, Jisung asked, "What's next?" Woojin grinned and said, "I saw a haunted house not far from here, lets go there now!" Chan and Y/n were unsure but Woojin and Seungmin were so excited about it, the others conceded. Now standing outside the haunted house, Y/n looked up at it and took a deep breath to try and calm her nerves. Felix came to stand beside and asked with a small smirk, "Scared kitten?"
