Joel was shaking like a leaf on a tree. His wife and daughter were on their way to his hotel room. Whitesnake had a great show, but now was the hard part. Trying to get to sleep and be up on time to catch the plane to New York. Jocelyn walked in with a sleeping baby in her arms. "I set up Addison's crib. You put her in there. I don't want to wake her up." Joel murmured. Jocelyn smirked as she laid their daughter in her crib. All's well Joel thought. Until around midnight. Joel woke up to the sound of crying. "No no baby." He got out of bed and walked to the crib. "Come on Addy what's wrong? You're not hungry, you're not wet. Go back to sleep." Addison looked at her father and went on crying. "Baby please. You want to sing for you?" The kid kept crying. "Okay here I go." Joel sang 'Here I Go Again' and watched as her crying subsided. "Thank you baby." He climbed back into bed and was awoken by a rapping at the door. "Fuck." Joel jumped up and flew towards the door. "Hey David. I'm sorry about Addison crying." "No it's cool. Is she okay?" "Yeah, she must be teething or something like that. She's okay David. Thank you." "You're welcome mate." David left and Joel went back to bed. Addison slept through the rest of the night and their five am wake up call. She slept on the plane, but woke in time to watch her daddy play another great show.
