"No mom I haven't been feeling well, yes I've been eating right, and yes I've been sleeping even though I haven't been talking to Jensen for months. I am fine out here at school and you don't have to worry about me. I'm heading to urgent care because I've been having stomach cramps it'll be fine I'll call you when I'm done."

"Okay sweetie I love you call me right away!"

"I will love you too bye." I hung up and put my phone back into my bag as I walked in to the room the nurse was leading me to.

"Hey Kayle, I'm Jane, just have some basic questions for you, how long have these pains been with ya?"

"Just all day today...been a little nauseous too."

"Okay any fever or other pains?"

"No, not at all"

"And you last period?"

"Uhm a couple months ago I guess? I've been under a lot of stress and I'm very active with working out, so my obgyn says nothing to worry about."

"Any chance at all that you could be pregnant?" I laughed loudly

"Sorry...no I haven't been sexually active since October."

"Okay no problem just gonna do some basics get your stats an I'll send in the doctor." I smiled at her and let her do her job taking my temp and BP and everything. Meanwhile she noticed the pains I was having pretty consistently. She ran out to get the doctor after feeling my stomach. The doctor rushed in with a machine.

"Hey there Kayle, I'm Dr. Green were just going to do an ultrasound sound on your stomach real quick." I nodded my head and pulled up my shirt. She kept the machine sound off and turned towards her. "When did you say your last period was hun?"

"I don't remember to be honest. Is everything okay?" She didn't say anything for what seemed like hours. Then abruptly turned the screen toward me and turned on the sound. She didn't have to say a word I knew exactly what this was. Tears came to my eyes and I became terrified. "I... I can't be I haven't had sex since October, the doctors told me after my accident, several miscarriages and a still born that I couldn't get pregnant period at all ever. This I...oh my god."

"It looks like you're about 7 months along or so, we can check all the babies measurements to be sure. I know you have a lot to process, the baby looks perfect and healthy...would you like to call the father or anyone? Also I can tell you the gender of you'd like."

"Can I just have a few minutes?"

"Yes you can I have to call L and D see if they have a room we need to get you up there as soon as possible because it's possible what you are experiencing is labor pains." I nodded my head as she left the room. I grabbed my phone from my bag not taking my eyes off of the screen.

"Mommy?"

"Baby what's wrong?"

"Uhm, I uh..."

"Did the doctor tell you what was going on with your stomach already?"

"Yea...they...mommy." I was smiling, I couldn't help it.

"Sweetie you are scaring me, what's wrong?"

"You are...I uhm..."

"Kayle..."

"I have a baby Ackles inside of me." I starting laughing and crying at the same time.

"What?"
