I wish things were different, I thought. I wish I could've my Mom back. But, I'm thankful that I've Robert in these past few months.
Robert walked up next to me. "Hey, you," He kissed me.
"Hey," I answered, returning the kiss, "How're you?"
"Good, and you?"
"Better, even though I wish Mom and Alana were here, though."
"I know, but they're in your heart. Remember, you can to me for anything."
"Of course." I kissed him. "Just remember that we can get through anything together."
"You're right--we can and we will."
Ms. Kim interrupted us. "Come on, time to go to class."
"Yes, Ms. Kim," we both said, before stealing another quick kiss.
"See you Saturday, Rachael."
"Can't wait, see you Saturday."
