"Thank you very much, Daniel," Simon Lazenby said to the Australian "And over there we can see the McLaren drivers approaching, Lando Norris and Scarlett Chilwell"
"Hello" Martin Brundle approached the young drivers "So, your first-ever qualifying in F1, how are you guys feeling?"
"I'm actually nervous" Lando admitted "But I'm also really excited to get a proper go in this car"
"And you Scarlett?"
"Same, I can't wait to get on this track again and go for it properly" She nodded
"And this is the first time we've interviewed you two, what's it like being a couple in F1?"
The couple shared a look "Um" Lando rubbed the back of his neck while his other hand gripped Scarlett's "The others make fun of us a bit but I don't really care"
"And when you say the others... who exactly?" Simon asked
"Daniel" Scarlett answered "Daniel, Lewis, Charles, Seb, and Nico"
"Just last night" Lando blushed slightly
"Don't" Scarlett laughed "Please"
"What's going on?" Alex came over
"These 2 were about to tell us something the other drivers said last night but now they're laughing" Martin explained
"Oh that" Alex chuckled "Well we caught these 2 making out against Lando's car" The couple kept laughing
"That explains it" Simon laughed
"Not my fault" Lando put his hands up "Look at her, how can you blame me?"
"Stop" Scarlett laughed and shoved him

Third Person POV
"And I couldn't believe it" Alex shook his head
All the drivers were currently sat in the hotel living room talking about F1 and speaking to the 4 rookies
"Not bad for a first qualy" Daniel grinned "20 more to go"
"I can't wait already" George agreed
"Is it scary being the new young guys?" Sebastian asked
"Nah not really" Alex said "Cos we've got each other so it's not bad".
"Yeah Scarlett was the last one to get signed so we were panicking that she wouldn't be with us next year" George explained
"Lando especially, he was legit terrified of doing this without her" Alex nodded
"Lando!" Lewis called over to the young driver
"Where is he?" Alex asked
"On the love seat with Scarlett" Lewis answered
"Then you've got no chance of getting his attention" the two drivers exchanged a look
"What do you mean?" Seb asked
"Lando and Scarlett live in their own little bubble and when they're together you can't get them out of it" Alex laughed
"Absolutely obsessed with each other they are" George continued.
"How long have they been together?" Daniel asked and glanced at the young lovers who were wrapped up in each other laughing at something or other
"Not even a year" Alex said
"Are you serious?" Max had wide eyes "they look like a freaking married couple"
"We know" Alex laughed
Lando currently had one hand playing with the ends of Scarlett's hair while his other one was teaching circles on her thigh. Scarlett had her head resting on his shoulder and her face had a glittering smile on it
"Do you reckon we can distract them?" Daniel turned to the others
"No leave them" George frowned "Today's been a tiring day for all of us, and with these races we don't get a lot of time to just chill"
"Fair enough" Lewis nodded "let young love be young love"
By this time Scarlett had managed to fall asleep on Lando's shoulder. Lando smiled at the sight of her but gently shifted her on his lap
He slipped one arm under her knees while the other rested on her back. Slowly, he stood up with her in his arms bridal style
"You off to bed?" George asked
"Yeah" Lando nodded "poor girl tired herself out and I don't want to leave her alone".
"Fair enough" Alex shrugged "sleep well".
"You too" Lando smiled and carried Scarlett back to their hotel room
