"You did great" George clapped as we parked our cars, I slipped off my helmet and balaclava and ran to hug him
"You okay?" I asked "I heard you crashed and my team didn't say much else-"
"Mate, I'm fine " he laughed and hugged me again
"Hey" Lando and Alex approached us
"Well done" Lando panted and hugged me tightly
"I'm so happy" I laughed "You were really good"
"Thank you" He kissed me quickly and we went to get weighed before I ran to grab something out of my bag and then head back outside to where the Red Bull team was
"Christian!" I called and they all turned to me "I have something for you"
"What is it?" He asked and took the parcel from me, I grinned as he looked inside and pulled out a stack of papers "What-" he flicked through until he saw my signature at the bottom. He looked down at me in shock "You're joining?"
"Yeah" I nodded
"Seriously?" Max had wide eyes
"Yep" I laughed
"Yes!" He cheered and swung me around "We're gonna be teammates!" I laughed and then he set me down
"We're very excited to have you" Christian smiled and hugged me as well "seems like only yesterday you left us"
"Well I'm afraid you're stuck with me again" I laughed

I'm going to miss this boy so much next season, but I'm also incredibly excited to race at Red Bull next season. But I've still got a few races left with McLaren ;) So let's finish this shit together

After her amazing first season in F1, Scarlett has announced that next season she will be leaving to Red Bull, while Carlos Sainz will be our second driver for 2020 with Lando Norris. We wish Scarlett all the best and can't wait to see her leading the grid again

"Have I mentioned how proud of you I am?" Lando said
The two of us were sitting at the hotel bar after the race to celebrate our double points finish in P7 and P6
"Yes" I laughed "Several times"
"Can you blame me? My girlfriend has just signed for Red Bull next season" Lando grinned
"I still can't believe it" I shook my head "But first let's finish this season"
"To us" Lando raised his glass
"To us" I smiled and clinked his glass.
"I love you," He said and leaned forward to kiss me gently. I wrapped an arm around his neck and deepened the kiss, making his hand move further up my thigh
"Typical" We broke apart as George and Alex showed up, "There's my best mate" I laughed and went over to greet them each with a hug before we pulled up 2 more stools and everyone got another drink
Alex suddenly spoke up after a couple of drinks "Guys we can do press conferences together next season!"
"Oh my god" I squealed "Yes!"
"And we can finally move in together!" Alex added
"Let's do it!" George clapped "I mean it, we should buy a house together!"
"Absolutely!" Lando agreed "We can have like a games room, and a cinema room, a gym, we can get a pool"
"Are we really doing this?" Alex asked
"Yes! We're doing it!" I exclaimed "We're buying a house"
"We're buying a house!" George whooped
"To us" I raised my glass "The rookies this year, but the best fucking friendship of all time!"
