"And by the way, I heard from the paddock that Scarlett Chilwell wasn't feeling well today and there was talk of her not racing today"
"Yeah apparently she felt really dizzy and has had a headache all weekend so the crew didn't want her to race and get worse"
"Well she's out there now but I'm sure McLaren are keeping a very close eye on her"
"Indeed they are, Andreas said that if there are any signs of her feeling worse or feeling faint then they will pull her out of the race
Third Person POV
When the race ended and the other drivers pulled up to stop, Scarlett got out of her car and slowly pulled off her nack brace, helmet, and balaclava
While the cameras were on Lewis, Scarlett leaned against the side of her car and gripped on tightly while her legs felt weak
"Hey" Lando ran over and held her "What's wrong?"
"Nothing" She lied and turned away
"Scar" He gently reached up and touched her face "Oh my god you look like a ghost, you need to get to McLaren"
"I'm fine" She waved her hand
"Scarlett you look like you're going to faint," Lando said and pulled her into his chest while looking over her head to find the others "Alex, George, come on"
"What's happened?" George ran over as soon as he saw Scarlett. He took one look at her "Oh my god Scar" He gently wrapped his arms around her and the 3 of them slowly led her past the cameras and the noise to get inside
They led her to the McLaren hospitality
"What's wrong with her?" Zak asked
"I think she's going to pass out," Lando said worriedly and sat her down. The medics ran over and immediately began checking over her while the boys explained it to the team
"She needs to take these" One of the medics handed Lando some pills "It appears she has low blood sugar, a lack of iron, and a minor migraine. Make sure she gets plenty of rest and no sports for 1-2 days"
"Scar" Alex crouched down to her level "Why would you race like this?"
"I felt fine" She mumbled
"But you can't scare us like this" He chuckled and kissed the top of her head
"Come on" Lando sat down next to her
"But what about the press conference?" Scarlett looked up at the boys
"Hey," George stepped forward "Who cares about a stupid conference when you're like this?"
"But you guys shouldn't miss it for me," She said
"We'll go back to the hotel, build a blanket fort and watch a shit ton of movies" Alex grinned making Scarlett laugh slightly
"I've got her" George leaned down and easily picked her up bridal style. The 3 boys grabbed their stuff and then they all headed back to the hotel
"Well Scarlett, Lando, George, and Alex weren't in the press conference today, and we have yet to hear from them"
"For those of you who don't know, Scarlett felt incredibly ill after today's race, so the boys took her to the medics and then back to the hotel"
"It is really nice to see 4 friends who would give up anything for each other as we have seen in the past, even if it hurts them"
"I agree, it's so different to see drivers whose priorities are each other's safety and health, rather than anything else"
