Thanks, Silverstone! The race didn't go my way after the safety car did me over, but racing on home turf has been a hoot. I'll see you next year 👊 🇬🇧

Scarlett POV
Once I had changed and put everything I needed in my bag, I got up
Lando had already been taken over to his car and he was waiting for me, since we were trying to keep the cameras away from me
"Come on" My security guards, Charlie, George, and Michael were all going to walk with me
I slung my bag over my shoulder and the 4 of us began walking in the direction of my car
We were nearly there when I suddenly heard, "She's there!" And a crowd of cameramen appeared, my security tried to push them back but they kept getting closer. I felt my heart rate pick up
My breaths got shorter and deeper, I shakily pulled out my phone and managed to find Lando's number in my emergency contacts,
The phone rang and he almost instantly answered
"Scarlett?"
"Lando!" I shouted as the noises seemed to get louder "Lando, I can't breathe-"
"Scarlett, where are you?" His voice was worried
"I don't know!"
"I'm on my way" He hung up and I put my head in my hands as I shut my eyes and blindly stumbled towards where I hoped the car was.
I heard more shouting and the cameramen seemed to be getting pushed back from me
"Hey, hey, hey" 2 comforting arms wrapped around me and pulled me away from the crowd, they led me to where it was quiet and I knew it was Lando. He leaned me against the car while he stood in front of me. He held my face in his hands and forced me to face him, he was saying words but they all sounded like mumbles and sounds, I looked deep into his eyes and felt my breathing slow down
I leaned my head on his chest and panted, while he constantly kissed my hair, "Thank you" I whispered
"Are you sure you're okay?" He whispered
"I think so" I swallowed
"Are you ready to go?"
"Yeah" I nodded slowly "Let's go" we got into the car and drove back to the hotel
