Nobody talked to poor Dallon. Probably because he had bruises and cuts every where. No one knew why. They were only in second grade. But Brendon knew. Brendon's dad did the same. But it was less noticeable. Brendon wanted to talk to Dallon but he wasn't allowed to. His friends said Dallon was crazy. Brendon didn't think so.
Dallon had it rough. All his friends left him to tell lies. Even to Dallon's crush. Brendon. Dallon liked Brendon. That's one reason his friends left him. They thought he was crazy for liking a boy. Another reason is they were done with Dallon quote on quote "Whining" about his dad. They just said "it's not that bad Dall." But they didn't know how bad it really was. Dallon's grades got worse because of stress. His dad beat him worse. If only Brendon could do something.
