Eddie sat on the sofa with everyone, watching TV. Three loud knocks sounded throughout the home, Karen got up, walking over to it.

"Hello?" She asked.

"Where is my Eddie?!" Eddie averted his gaze to the door were his mother was standing, her face red with anger.

She looked at him and for a moment everything started to slow down as she began walking closer to him, arms open.

"No!" He yelled as she grabbed him. "Let me go! Please! No!"

"Eddie, you've been a very bad boy." She spoke, pulling him off the couch as he struggled to breath, to move.

"Stop!" Eddie yelled, kicking around to try and get out.

"Please take him, Sonia, we don't want him here." Max said.

Eddie looked at his friends who all nodded. Even Richie.

"No! Please, leave me alone!" Edie screamed, tears running down his cheeks. "I don't want to go!"

"He's such a waste of space here." Richie added.

Sonia grabbed Eddie harshly, leaving bruises. She dragged him out of the house, with Karen waving goodbye. She shoved him into the front seat.

"You're sure getting it when we get home." She growled.

The house seemed closer that it originally was. She grabbed him out of the car, dragging him up the stairs and into his room. Her back was turned to him as he coward in the corner.

She turned around, a brown belt head between her chubby hands as her face held a wicked smile.

Eddie snapped his eyes open, scanning the dark room, sitting up a bit to see if he was in his room. Out of what he could see, it didn't look like his. He looked over, seeing Richie asleep. He let out a breath.

He laid back down, cuddling into Richie's body.  Richie rolled over, pulling Eddie closer. Eddie smiled thankfully, feeling safer in Richie's embrace.

Eddie didn't go back to sleep, every time he closed his eye, the image of his mother hold the belt was there. He stayed up all night, scanning the room to make sure she wasn't hiding in the darkness.

It was about five when the sun began to rise, he closed his eyes, feeling ok with the natural light filling the room.

At nine o'clock, Richie woke up. He saw Eddie asleep, he decided to sneak out of the room, heading downstairs. He was the only one up and he wasn't surprised. He walked into the kitchen, beginning to make himself cereal. Soon the front door swung open, Jane and Beverly entering.

"You won't believe what we saw!" Beverly yelled.

"Jesus, Bev, keep your voice down."

"Sorry," she laughed. "Look." She lifted up a piece of paper showing a photo of him and Eddie kissing, under it were the words:

Richie Wheeler, a sinner. His boy toy, Eddie. Address 2530 Maple Street

"What the fuck?" Richie asked, grabbing the paper from Beverly. "They put my fucking address on this?"

"Richie, this is scary, you could get beaten up!" Jane exclaimed, fear washing over her face.

"There was so much posters out there, so much." Beverly added.

"Shit. We can't let Eddie see this." Richie took the paper, throwing it into the garbage.

"Isn't his mom coming today?" Beverly asked.

"She can try, we'll call Hopper."

"Yes! I told him about it." Jane smiled. "Anyway, why would someone put up that poster anyway?"

"It was Samantha, she's just jealous that I like dick and not her." Richie rolled his eyes.

"Are you gonna get hurt?" Beverly asked.

"Nah, I'm not scared of anyone in this town."

"Uh, anyway, off that topic. When are you guys going home?" Jane asked Beverly.

"I don't know, we could leave soon if we're annoying or getting in the way of you guys."

"No! No, don't leave yet. I have so much fun summer plans still." Richie said.

"We have to leave at some point, though." Beverly said. "Also, Stan's birthday is soon. We should do something."

"Yeah! We could... I don't know but we'll find something!" Jane exclaimed.

"And, Mike's birthday was on the third but-"

Jane gasped. "We didn't celebrate with him!"

"He doesn't like celebrating his birthday after... something. But I want to make the birthday party for them both. Just so it doesn't look like we totally left him out."

Mike hadn't been celebrating his birthday since the death of his parents. His grandparents celebrated every time it rolled around, but it just made him sad to see everyone putting in such an effort for him to be happy, when the people that birthed him died, and he couldn't do any thing. His friends understood, they would of course give him a gift and take him somewhere, but they didn't make such a big deal out of it like his grandparents. And he liked it like that.

Beverly had been wanting to give him a party for a while, even if he doesn't want one. He always put in the effort to make sure his friends birthdays were amazing! Beverly just wanted to pay him back, and by now, she thinks he'll be able to be okay with it.

When they were younger and had parties for Mike's birthday, he'd usually just sit out, or leave the area for a bit. Which is totally understandable when you miss someone and want them to be there for you.

But that was years ago, and surely he'd want to maybe, or at least, have a small get together with his friends.

"He won't get mad if we give him a party, right?" Richie asked.

"He shouldn't." She shrugged. "So, can we go to the mall?"

"Yeah, sure, let me just leave a note or something." Richie said, walking over to some sticky notes that were on the fridge and writing:

Hello dear friends and foes,

Beaverly, 011, and I are off to places! Don't get into too much trouble while the adults are gone. Tell Eds I love him dearly!

Goodbye!

I'm going for my learners on Friday and I'm nervous! But I'm also excited because I want to start learning how to drive! Also, when this is being posted, I thought Jack was sad! But he isn't and that makes me happy, I was nervous because all these fan accounts were spreading rumours saying things like "Finn and Jack were dating but Finn was being a douche and broke Jacks heart." Or "Jack and his best friend aren't allowed to see each other." Or "Jack has a secret girlfriend and she cheated on him, causing him to get al emotional and create the breakup playlist."

I actually did thought someone broke his heart when I listened to the playlist, and like, my friends didn't even think it was his playlist so I didn't know. But it was his, he confirmed it, but he's ok, so it's all good!
