Days passed and another rally was planned at the Elephant. I only came to support my friends and not to see Enjolras. I mean, I'm over him, like totally.

I listened to Enjolras talking. Surprisingly, I haven't seen Abby anywhere. Which could only mean one thing: she didn't care. "The King will take down each of us, but we need to get back up again and fight for our rights!", he yelled.

My heart was beating faster. I was falling too fast for someone. "I like him. Who's he?" "Gabriel. He saved me at the rally." "I am glad you got over Enjolras. I am proud that you let another man into your life.", she said. With that being said, we went inside.

A furious knock rang out. Eponine opened the door. Courfeyrac stormed in and into my direction. The rest of the Les Amis started to come in as well. "Have you lost your mind?", Courfeyrac yelled. "Pardon?" "Who was that man?" "A nice man. He saved me from the rally." "So you decide to go with him?", Courfeyrac yelled.

"Yes. Because I trusted him. What else should I have done? Wait until one of you is nice enough to bring me home?", I asked. "For example, yes.", Combeferre chimed in. "You trusted that stranger. He could've killed you." "But he didn't. You see I am still alive. And I am happy. I finally managed to get over the disappointment your leader is."

"Alright, I am stepping too far. He's not a disappointment. But he disappointed me. And he hurt me. You as my friend should be happy that I finally found someone who makes me happy. Also, I haven't properly met him yet.", I added. "Clara, I understand that you are disappointed in Enjolras. But still, everything he said to you, was 100% true. He doesn't lie about his feelings.", Courfeyrac said in a calmer voice.
